Chicken wasn’t ready. They made me wait 10 minutes. The workers had a bad attitude when I asked them to remake my good they left sitting out in the open while waiting for the chicken to be cooked. They had multiple customers waiting for scheduled orders. One lady had been trying to get in touch with management regarding her same day catering order all day and finally came in to see someone and was left waiting for 20+ minutes. The ice machine wasn’t working.

There’s never anything like that at this restaurant. Every time I go, something’s missing. Today, when I started my order, the rice ran out, and a waitress was kind enough to offer me brown rice and say that white rice would be prepared. She asked if I could wait. I understood and chose to wait. She prepared it herself. After that, a guy made my bowl, and when I asked for sour cream, I was told that they didn’t have any left. I said I could wait, and he seemed very rushed, wanting to end the service even though the place was empty. He said it would take a long time and continued to rush me, making me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being bothered, even though it was two hours before closing. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had problems like this.

This location is not it. They are rude, constantly out of items and say it’s coming out but by the time it’s out, the next item has run out. The staff will make rude comments about you right in front of you. The food is hardly ever cooked properly – I’ve had clumps of uncooked rice in my bowl before. There’s a weird stench every time you walk in. There has been homeless people sleeping inside on multiple occasions. Avoid this chipotle and go to the downtown location.

We also witnessed the manager treat a customer with rudeness and argue with the customer. The customer asked for someone higher up and the store manager a short, Latin woman with thick fake lashes refused to give the information . It’s unfortunate that chipotle hires individuals who are not qualified for the job.
After what we saw we are disgusted and we won’t be returning.

I placed an online order today through DoorDash. This is the second time I have had a bad experience . The first time they said they lost my order , it had already been picked up . Then this time I get there and the order was not ready, they said I had to wait for the chicken which would be another 10 minutes. My order was supposed to be ready at by 4:50pm .While I was waiting I saw the women (not wearing a mask wipe her nose then put gloves on without washing her hands) . The worst part is I get home and I find a bug in my food ! I’m so disgusted

I came here for clean food after years. I normally go to real mexican taqueria. I’m disappointed with the size of and flavourless chicken burrito. The worst thing is the meat in not well cooked. I hope I won’t get sick because of that. I’ll never get back to chipotle again. I would rather go to local taquria with flavor ful burrito along with free chips and salsa. Adios.
