We’ve been here 4x in the past six weeks. FYI we don’t really eat fast food. The fact that they cook with tallow was what motivated us to try them out again. Super thankful to see that the place has great management. The entire restaurant is clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. It’s made to order so it’s always fresh. Generally not crowded, tonight a Friday has about 1/2 capacity. I’m thinking word hasn’t gotten around that this location must have a new management team.

This place has gone up and down over the years. I went through the drive through on Sunday afternoon. 3 cars ahead of me. The line moved quickly. Staff on the speaker was welcoming, and courteous and clear. At the window, service was friendly, fast and order was correct. Food was hot and tasty. I would go back.

Just went through the drive thru and there was a young guy named William who was just amazing in the window! He made me and my wife very happy to be served by him! Keep doing what you’re doing my guy! And to the management you better be taking good care of this guy!

Zamya (I hope I am spelling her name right, if not, sorry girl!) was 10/10! Her customer service at the drive-through was amazing, she gave our pups some whipped cream with our order. It’s the kind of customer service we don’t get anymore! She’s absolutely a gem 🙂

First time visiting this location. The staff was very nice, and other than not putting lettuce on my burger (had to ask for it once the food was done), the order was correct. The burgers alone didn’t taste seasoned, not sure if that’s how it always is, but they were perfect once I added a little myself. The restaurant was very clean, and I love how they have the self serve drink area with the cups and everything available at the same spot.

I had a great experience at Steak ’n Shake! The food was very fresh and came out hot — even the fries were perfectly cooked and served piping hot. Everything tasted delicious and you can tell it was made to order. Definitely one of the better fast food stops I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back!

I needed a refund and got no answer after calling twice. My delivery order said it was finished by 5, picked up 5:36. It is now 6:32 and the driver is just now on the way. All my food will be cold and reheated fries are disgusting. I’m extremely upset and will not be ordering from this location again.

Burger were great, but few mistakes with side. I ordered large cheese frys and as you can see it’s not even half and was also supposed to have cheese. and when you call the store it’s disconnected. I don’t recommend the frys but the onion rings are great. As for my favorite burger it’s the garlic steak burger.

While I understand the direction restaurants are taking, I must admit that I find ordering meals on a computer to be less than ideal. When there are many patrons, it can be quite time-consuming. I recognize that this approach may offer cost savings for the establishment, but it does detract from the overall dining experience. As a result, I may not choose to return.
