Everything was in point! Great staff! We had Nathan attend to us. He made us feel soo welcome. He was funny and attentive. We had a great meal and will definitely be coming back!
There was another woman who had pink hair and tattoos. Unfortunately, we did not get her name, but she’d helped us out as well and was also super awesome.

I’m a huge foodie, so I always enjoy Chili’s due to its diverse selection of delicious meals. However, the food was secondary to the exceptional service that I received. My server’s name was Clare, and I literally jumped on Google Reviews (which I rarely do) to express how intentional and thoughtful her service was. Not only was Clare welcoming to my party, but she was also incredibly attentive. There was not a time where I needed to ask for a refill or the status of the food because she was so on her game! Additionally, she has an absolutely magnetic personality that made our dining experience top-notch. I will 100% be coming back to this location because of the impression she left and the incredible service I received.

place is decent. but invited my friend to lunch today and placed our orders. i chose the original trio skillet and asked if it comes with the whole sizzling show with steam and he said yes. well when the skillet came out it was only 60 percent steaming. the shrimp and chicken side was sizzling. the steak side i put my finger in the juice and was luke warm. the server came up and said is everything ok? i said its only half sizzling and he looked at me like like i was talking alien language and said he didnt understand. i said see this side boiling? he said yes. i said you see this side just meh as i was putting my finger in the juice and he said it was because of heat distribution. lol. what has this industry come to? if you offer a product or service, deliver it as is. i could of had a microwave dinner that was served hotter than what i had today.

We came here for lunch and got the 3 for Me deal! We got chips & salsa, soup, lemonade, and spicy chicken sandwiches, and everything was delicious! Our server, Jack, was very helpful and kind! We loved the food and had a good experience!

I would happily give this location a 5 based on the service and quality of food. However, the wait time was almost an hour for the food to come out. Granted it was a Saturday evening and it was packed but the appetizers could have came out earlier in my opinion. That being said- Matt was incredible.

We ordered a to-go skillet queso with chips and salsa. When I arrived to pick up the order, the food came out following a short delay. Nikol was very helpful and was ready to ring me up, but the computer was in the process of slowly rebooting. She explained the issue and decided to comp the order (around $10) rather than make me wait for the computer to reboot. It was totally unexpected, and she went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. We will obviously return to this location in the future. Thank you!

Excellent food and service! After having subpar experiences at other chein go-to restaurants in the Phoenix area, it was so refreshing to sit down and hsve our expectations fully met and exceeded! Our visit fekt like being home.
