The food was pretty good. Temps outside were in the 30 degree range and they had the cold air blowing from the fan right above us. I asked to get some heat on. Never happened. When my food was served it was cold after 3 bites. I will wait to go back when the temperature is more than 70 degrees.

We have a relaxing experience. It wasn’t too crowded when we went. Walked right in and was seated. Our server came right to us, started with drinks and appetizers. It didn’t take long for our order to arrive at the table.

We couldn’t get a full meal delivered to our table. Our waitress kept trying, but each order was lacking something really important. By the time we got some of the rest of our food, everything was cold. My salad came out after multiple asks with no dressing and said dressing never did arrive. At the end of it all, when the manager came by to apologize, we still didn’t have all of our food. He did comp the bill and we tipped the waitress fat. She was obviously very frustrated. But, when we left, the dining room was A MESS! Dirty tables all around with no pre-bussing to be seen and a bus tub on on the booth seat at the table next to us full of dishes. We didn’t want a free meal. We wanted a good meal and good service.

Things have greatly improved at this location- We’ve been here multiple times ( eat in) over the past 4 months- Service has always been great- Friendly, attentive and helpful- We will tip over 20% because the waitresses are always so sweet! Service has been one of the biggest positives-
Then comes the food- We’ve been hooked on the )$10 Yum special! We love the burger ( which is almost identical to the Big Mac, minus a third bun), choice of side and drink- It’s a delicious meal- Not a mini version of a regular meal- It’s affordable- Beats any place else and certainly a much better option than fast food! I really hope they don’t get rid of it!
We love that you get several options of sides- I get the salad, which is a very nice portion- Fresh made, chopped up nicely, cold – yummy ranch dressing- My husband gets fries or sometimes starts with salad and then second does fries- They will give a handful- Just the right amount-
It’s now one of our favorite go to for a simple, delicious and affordable meal

Great place for great service. Everytime we come well greeted with smiles and upbeat attitude. Servers always on point with drinks and orders. For chain restaurant its an all time favorite for sure. Restaurant always clean and staff always checking on things and the price is worth the experience.

I went twice in the past week. It was close to the hotel where I was staying and I didn’t always feel like driving a long way for dinner and back to the hotel after a long day on the road for work.
The first time I was there I had a plain bacon cheeseburger. The second time I had the Smashed Avocado and Bacon. Both times the lettuce was wilted and browning. The second time the bun was so stale that it fell apart in my hands after two bites.
I was never offered a second round of fries when I was there the first time. Both times the fries that came with the burger were cold.
The wait staff were great with the refills on my drinks, the food was served fast, and I was seated quickly, but the quality of the food wasn’t worth the price.
Five Guys would be a better deal.

Food is good but servings are mediocre. Smaller portions, price increase. Service could be improved. We had to wait a long time for drink refills from our waiter.

Came here after an electric sermon last Easter Sunday at 3am with a party of 17, and to our surprise they were still open and greeted us with open arms, just like the loving arms of Jesus Christ himself. Unfortunately there was a 2 hour wait, but luckily the lobby was fully stocked with Ouija boards and empty cream cheese containers, so the time just flew by. Our waitress Kim was such a master at her craft, she correctly predicted all of our orders without anyone saying a single word, including my special request for a kiwi pie with my burger. Her skills were so honed, she even made the food herself, while wearing a blindfold. World class. At one point, the manager came to our table dressed as The Lord himself and asked us if we would like to recreate the last supper. It was such a beautiful tribute. At the end of the night we went to pay, and the bus boy picked up the entire bill, saying that cleaning tables is the only thing he needs to feel satisfied in life. Absolute class act from everyone at Red Robin. Highly recommend.

The Smoke and Pepper burger was overcooked to all mighty, the lettuce was a pound and the bun was old and crusty. The broccoli and bier cheese were great, but that being the best of a 25$ meal is atrocious. (Within an hour, i was given complimentary credits to spend for my experience and an apology. Very appreciative and grateful for the management with the swift response.)
