They forgot the peppermint and brownie in my peppermint brownie shake, as well as the cherry on top. They remembered to sprinkle peppermint on top, but I dug around in that shake and it was disappointing bare. They sold me a plain vanilla shake at premium price.

Food is fine, can have some good deals. Service takes forever. Place is pretty rundown and unmaintained. Last time I went, I got a single coney dog, waited around for 40 minutes, called and got auto-hung up on so I left and refunded the transaction. Won’t be going again.

Ordered online and checked in. Waited 25 mins because this location has always been slow which is fine, everything gets busy. The app showed that I was checked in but the food was not ready. When I finally hit the button to see the status, they told me it was ready 20 minutes ago. The lady who brought out the food said it happend to like 3 people tonight, shrugged, and walked away.
I asked for a refund and they said it goes through the app. There was no offer to remake the food which was given to me cold. Would not recommend this place.

I don’t recommend ordering thru the app, if at all, at this location. If they’re out of something (ice cream machine broken) they will not refund you. They tell you to call customer service who also say they can’t process a partial refund. The best they can do is issue me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience of not receiving the almost $10 in ice cream they were paid for. So sick of these places, not worth what they charge even when they aren’t blatantly stealing from you.

This place is a literal dang health code violation and should be investigated. They do not clean any of their drink dispenser machines and have roaches inside. You ever wonder why your drink your slushy tastes off? Yeah.

Lady taking my order was very rude, I thought it was understandable because it was pretty busy, ordered two limeades, and a small ice cream took almost 30 minutes. Then, as the lady handed me my order, I asked her to wait three times as she walked away only because I was gonna give her a tip. Then the ice cream wasn’t filled all the way. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service even if it’s busy.

I had the most awful experience by not one but 2 employees. The girl that took my order rudely corrected the name of the drink I ordered, when I KNOW I said it correctly, they just didn’t carry it there, then as I’m literally ordering the next item she cut me off to ask how many, I said well if you let me finish. Anyway she brings the order of the drink I didn’t want and I mentioned she came off very rude to which she said NO I DIDN’T. ok cool can you send out your manager. This guy walks out super aggressive, said I was right there she was not rude to you. Literally wouldn’t let me speak and spoke to me like a child. In freaking believabke.

As shared in the.”survey”…the footlong was excellent, however, the All American Dog was cold,.the bun was stiff amd stale and broke off in chunks–horrible! After three bites, I toser it. The onion rings were PERFECT.

Sonic just needs to give up at this point. The chili tastes horrible and the employees don’t know what plain and dry means or the difference between a hot dog and a chili dog. Just stay home open YouTube and learn how to cook yourself a meal. It’s terrible out here

Horrible experience! They gave me melted slushies ! I ordered online while parked in the stall and checked in right away . Waited 30 min and had to go to an ordering stall to ask for my order . The girl came out and handed me melted slushies !!! I told her I been on the stall I checked in all along . I was the only car in the store at some points of my wait time so how did they not come out if my order was ready ? I told her I couldn’t accept them all melted especially since I been waiting there all along , she responded that I had to take them because her manager was very special and didn’t let them remake them !? Like what kind of manager is that ? I payed for slushes not sugar water ! Asked to speak with the manager and he agreed on remaking them but a few moments later another girl comes out and hands me the same melted dam slushes !! I waited almost an hr ! I couldn’t give them to my kids cuz god knows what they did to the slushies when they took them inside ! Horrible horrible experience. Very unprofessional of the manager ! Will never come back ! I understand miscommunication happens but to agree to remake them and send back the same melted slushies is such a disrespect.
