The angry lady at the front on Saturday didn’t bother to greet me, she just yelled we’re busy! And said it would be 10 mins. I went to my car for about 20, came back in, was dismissive and rude again, and said “its going to be a MINUTE” and I said; yeah I know you said that to be about 20 mins ago, and then I watched her be rude to several people on the phone and slammed it down. The people that came in after me left and said she just lost business bc of how awful she was.
I won’t be going back bc she is nasty. Whoever owns this establishment should reconsider her talking to people. It was gross.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Assistant manager J had the nerve to say they come out like this man i would drive back to this store if I wasn’t driving a hemi 15 minutes away thanks for wasting my time! it sucks too because there was a young black man that worked the night shift with dreads that did excellent on my meal! That’s the reason why I came back but everyone that was working on July 14th needs to be fired! Before you eat at this Domino’s call and see who’s working if the assistant manager that name starts with a J these kids don’t give a damn don’t even give this place a chance go to Pizza perfect instead if the owner is reading this get rid of those clowns and hire some new people.

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but I placed an order and was told 28 minutes. After I got there it said 40 minutes. 40 minutes later I came in and was told 12 more minutes. 12 minutes later I came in and was told 8 more minutes. They then couldn’t find my order and the whole time my 4 year old is SCREAMING for food. The entire time my kid was screaming for food, im being told my food is almost done. I never wound up even getting my food be ause they told me 7 more minutes but didn’t trust or believe that. It’s not 830 and my daughter hasn’t had anything to eat yet because they kept telling me the food was almost done. I got my money back, but I even tipped the workers after paying for absolutely nothing and didn’t get that back. I’m very beyond upset and don’t even think just getting my money back is enough to make this situation right. If you don’t know anything about an order, do not consistently tell someone their food is almost done for an hour.

I was second in line after a lady whom they gave her pizza to another customer and had to remake. Employees throwing pans and food around. Could not handle the rush at all. Orders were coming out and they had no idea who’s stuff went to who so they just put it up and said they’ll just sort it as they go. Seriously need to check their customer service for sure.

Ordered a large number of pizzas for a reunion, 14 then added 1 then ordered 8 more. I had contacted the Gull Roaf location in Kalamazoo and talked with Judas. She was extremely patient and helpful. Judas was there to assemble the pizzas perfectly. The pizzas were ready on time and kept hot. Everyone complimented our choice of food. I was very pleased with Judas and her help with this order. She went above and beyond and i appreciate her cooperation.

I ordered 2 pizzas online, and was told it was 17-21 minute wait. I’ve now been waiting for an hour and my food still isn’t even prepped yet. That means that, at best, Ill have to wait an hour & a half. That’s not right of them, making people wait that long.

Made the order off the App… did the pin drop delivery, watched the delivery driver sit for 4 minutes in the Taco Bell parking lot before walking over to us… our order was cold. It seemed like she was scared to walk up to us… she should have called/texted us if she was unsure, we’re just a family boondocking in-between campgrounds! We’ve been using Domino’s pin drop from Jax Beach, FL. to here, worse delivery so far! She didn’t even give us napkins and plates, she acted like we didn’t leave her a tip, horrible customer service!

I ordered on line waited almost 20 minutes longer than was given for my order just to have one of my pizzas to be wrong. I’m allergic to mushrooms and they put mushrooms on my pizza. I live out of delivery distance so I had to come back to the store to get my pizza fixed. I will not be back to this location

Worst pizza and customer service ever. They served us 4 burnt pizzas hard as a rock made someone choke on the cheese pizza they went straight to the trash where they belonged. Called and spoke to Walter the manager and Dunkin who made the pizza. They were no help nothing but rude. I will definitely not be going there again.
