Great food and great experience. Standard meat and 3 type place with a cozy family atmosphere. Blackberry cobbler was a divine treat to top off the hamburger steak, Mac n cheese and tomatoes.

My wife’s cousin didn’t just refer us, but took us here. Awesome! Our waitress, Karen, was very helpful and inviting. The food was cooked like home and was very, very good. We hear this is part of a chain, so I am not reviewing them all, but this one won our hearts (and our stomachs)!!

A hometown eatery. Classic comfort food. The Turkey’n’gravy meal was like Thanksgiving in Agust! Only 20min. wait at 6:30. Ample overflow parking. The staff treats everyone like family. Young children, parents, and grandparents alike sharing real meals with a loving atmosphere! Y’all need to try this place!

We love love love the clock. Great home style cooking. The menu has a daily meat and veggie options that rotate. They also have great burgers, sandwiches, and we love their onion rings. We enjoy dining in and the drive through. They food is always tasty, got, and good quality.

Lived here a long time and never tried a Clock before so why not now. The place was jumping, I figured with all this business it must be incredible. Unfortunately it’s not. It’s decent but nothing to write home about.

We got the bacon cheese fries which were pretty decent. I followed that up with the country fried steak with Mac and mashed potatoes. The Mac was almost dry, but I’ve had worse. Give the Mac 3/5. The mashed potatoes were real and were good. As for the country fried steak it was nothing special. I love country fried steak and if it’s on your menu I’ll try it.

The steak patty is your standard, probably frozen patty. I’m ok with that, but this place takes pride on how fresh their stuff is. That steak patty is not fresh and the gravy is ok. Nothing to see here folks.

The service was exceptional. Ruby was taking care of us. It was her day off, but she took very good care of us newbies who invaded the restaurant. Just wish the food was as good as Ruby’s service. I’m glad I tried it, but I won’t be back.

They were kind to accommodate our party of 8 during a busy evening. Server was very friendly and helpful. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Just a little noisy and crowded, but that’s to be expected at a good resturant!

Ok, so let me start off by saying the only reason for 4 stars is Ruby, our server.

So it’s been many years since I’ve been to a Clock restaurant. The last one I remember was when I was a kid, and it was considered a “greasy spoon.” So we decided to try here based on recommendations and how busy it always is. I mean, how bad can it be, right?

Super busy! Since this was our first time there, we were unsure of the process but were told to just find a seat. Ruby was our server, and she was amazing. She was supposed to be off, but another server ended up not able to be there.

I wanted something light, so I opted for the club sandwich with the broccoli casserole. The club was really good. Not hard to mess that up. But the broccoli casserole…not so much. The broccoli was way overcooked and it just wasn’t good at all.

My husband had the country fried steak, and it was just okay.

We started out with an appetizer of bacon and cheese fries. They were decent but nothing special. They were at least hot.

For somewhere that prides thereselves on freshness, this is not the place.

Ruby was awesome, but food just mediocre. I probably won’t be back.

Never disappointed. We drive from Greenville at least once a week. Catfish super good, as is 90 % of their food. Such a great clean affordable restaurant.

5 stars all around! It’s my favorite weekly (sometimes several times a week) spot to go eat with friends and family! They have the sweetest staff, many food options, and they offer quick service—even on the busiest nights! 🙂

Went while in town to visit friends. Food was delicious and service was great! Meat and veggies or order other items off of menu. Very popular place. Like a cracker barrel without the retail store full of merchandise.
