I come to this Mc Donald’s a lot in the evening hours because I am just getting off work. I always ask for my food cook to order at the speaker so that way when I get home my food is fresh. I check my food before I leave always. I have never gotten all my food cook to order. Tonight I ordered a basket of fries 2 mc chickens one with mayo and one without. And 6 cookies. The kitchen did their job perfect. But every time the white female up front that I see working every time I go up there gets an attitude when I ask for my fries to be remade. The last time she tried telling me they would not remake my food. Today she asked for my fries back. I passed them to her through the window. I guess she thought I was gunna eat the fresh ones and the cold ones. when she closed the window she wanted to start getting an attitude like I could not see her ( last time was talking shit before the window closed) but gives me a fake smiles. I pull forward and not even a minute of me pull forward they bring out my fries. It takes over 3 minutes to cook fries. When the white woman with smeared eye liner comes out with the fries. I instantly asked her if they dunked old fries back in the grease. She goes oh no maam these just came up. We put you extra fresh cookies in the bag. She put cookies in my bag that were past the point of sale. And even had the time sticker on them. The fries where 2 different colors from being put in the grease twice and I guess they were mad at this point because they did not salt my fries. I really hope that Mc Donald’s opens other location that stays open later other than the Grand location because they can not handle the business and they treat their customers like crap for having to work late/ being busy.

If your order anything with chicken just expect them to pull you to the mobile checkout side then completely forget about you til you have to call the front desk. Then to be told we aren’t making it we have no order while I’m looking at my receipt after I just waited 20 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich.

Ordered 2 separate orders at breakfast at 10:28 paid for it and got told to park. They brought the 1st order out and I told the lady we were waiting on a second order and showed her the receipt. She went back in and when she came back out she said her manager already took that order out. I explained that I only received the first order she brought and that no one else brought the second one out. She went back in again came back out and said I had to come in for a refund. I went in and waited in line again just for a refund. While in there there were 2 different people with issues, one not getting their drink they’ve been waiting a while for after being told to park and the other waiting for sauces she paid for to which they made her show proof of receipt for the sauces. Overall I spent 30 minutes there because of their mess up. I feel like the managers could use more training as this is not the first issue I’ve had with them.

We came by here at 11:38pm on 6/24/25. We set a mobile order and sat in line. It took a while to get to the speaker but when we got to the speaker it didn’t take us long to call in our order. It still took a while to get to the window but we eventually got there. When we got to the window they gave us our drinks and told us to pull forward and to wait for the rest of our order. When they did finally give us our food we went home to eat, only to then realize that half of our order was wrong. We ordered the 4 chicken tenders, the filet-o-fish w/ fries, and the McDouble McValue Meal which had the side of the 4 piece chicken nuggets w/ ranch, the small fry, and a medium coke. What we got instead was the full McValue meal with no ranch and instead of the McDouble it was the Bacon McDouble. We didn’t get the Filet-o-Fish but instead a Deluxe McCrispy and we didn’t get the 4 chicken strips. We then called them and they told us to come back and fix the meal in which we did and got the proper food. We were there between 11:38pm – 12:22am the first time around.

I arrived at this McDonald’s at 3:43 earliest, right before I came I checked the store hours and it said it was OPEN 24/7 but when I went up to the menu I heard a lady’s voice saying “We’re closed.” I thought it was rude by her tone but left. And I saw the people behind me getting their food and being served, one car even pulled at the driveway. One star, do better. Then we went back to our location and called, a male voice picked up and we asked, “When do yall close?” And a male voice responded with “we aren’t closing, it’s 24/7” I just hung up.

My family and I are doing laundry up the road and stopped in to get hot chocolates to warm up while I clothes wash. It took nearly 10 minutes for 3 hot chocolates (2 of which were just warm milk) and we had to go up to register multiple times to remind them of my sons nuggets. As well as there is no loitering signs posted everywhere but there was a group of teenage boys sitting by the counter clapping everytime the staff was ACTUALLY doing their jobs. By far the worst McDonald’s in Fort smith.

First of all I had to quit dashing because they were taking all my dash time for $4 order. Will you set an alarm every time we come to the Grand avenue McDonald’s for at least 45 minutes it’s ridiculous hire some more help…… This place is taking money out of my pocket. The food is good when and if you ever receive it

I went thru the drive thru, it was very busy but they were very prompt and the food was very good, nice and hot. It was hot and flavorful. Chicken strips not nuggets. They was friendly as always and quick.
