A friend invited me here for Happy Hour.
I was really not impressed at all.
The food, the drink, the atmosphere were all mediocre . The taste of the appetizers were not anything to talk about the quality wasn’t worth the price. The drink was bland without any real taste. This was not a happy Happy Hour.

Very disappointing experience at P.F. Chang’s Allen. We started with drinks, but the glasses were not properly washed. We showed this to the staff and they replaced them, but it wasn’t a good first impression.

The Dynamite Shrimp was just okay and not worth the price. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and specifically asked for it to be spicy, but it came out sweet. They did replace it, but the replacement still didn’t meet expectations.

We also ordered Popcorn Chicken and asked for Dynamite Shrimp on the side, but both were served mixed together. The Chicken Fried Rice was the only dish that tasted good. The Chang’s Special Chicken was also surprisingly sweet; we assumed it would be spicy, but after multiple issues, we felt uncomfortable asking again.

The service was very rude — our server barely spoke and didn’t engage at all. When asked if everything was okay, we clearly indicated no, but he completely ignored it. On top of that, we weren’t even given fortune cookies, which is a basic expectation. We had to ask for them at the front desk.

Overall, poor food consistency, bad service, and not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Went here because next door TCF was packed. No wait to be seated for 2 on a Saturday 5:30pm
Ordered water & steamed pork dumplings should of got fried.
I never drink my water I order. that day i did to wash away all the off taste of food. Tasted like egg noodles plain & bland sauce was gross. Got orange chicken & fried rice. Chicken Tasted like cheap orange pop overpowered dish. Had orange slices on plate.
Rice had a poppuri flavor didn’t eat that either. Husband got Kung pao chicken Tasted bad. peanuts overpowered that.
Lo mein noodles bland.
I ordered cheesecake curbside from TCF paid & left last picture is the food we left. We left hungry. 1st & last visit. PANDA IS BETTER.

Valerie was awesome. Great service. Loved that the person bringing out the food wore a mask. Food was great. Cooked perfectly. Bathroom was terrible at 2pm. How? Urine on walls the kind you witness at a tore down truck stop. Urinal smelled terrible. The list goes on.

We had a great lunch. We started with the delicious lettuce wraps! Then we each ordered a lunch special w three items. Soup, egg roll, spring roll -rice of your choice and entree. I chose Kung Pao Chicken. It was all delicious spicy but not overly spicy. Our waiter Mike was awesome. One of our party had specific dietary needs and had to return their item twice. Mike handled it with super grace! So kind. He refilled our drinks and was helpful to get mustard and other items as requested! We were catching up after not seeing each other for over 20 years and he never made us feel rushed.

Reliable, Familiar Option at Watters Creek
P.F. Chang’s at Watters Creek is a dependable choice if you’re looking for familiar dishes in a comfortable setting. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and well suited for casual dinners or meeting friends while shopping in the area.
Service is generally courteous and efficient, though not especially memorable. Food quality is consistent with the brand—reliable favorites prepared well, but nothing that stands out as exceptional. Portions are solid, and dishes arrive in a reasonable timeframe, even during busier hours.
This location works well when you want something predictable and easy without surprises. Overall, it’s a good, dependable stop—nothing remarkable, but it delivers what you expect from P.F. Chang’s.

Their seasonal lobster dumplings are the best. Salmon rice bowl is average. We also tried hot and sour soup and Singapore noodles which were good.

We had dinner here last night and the food was good but the drinks were something to really rave about. I ordered egg drop soup, the sizzling shrimp dumplings, mongolian beef and tried the new holiday shrimp dish. The shrimp dish lacked in flavor but everything else made up for it. For drinks, we had jade margaritas and they were PERFECT!!! The highlight of our evening was being served by Valerie. She was attentive, kind and very helpful. Her attitude was so pleasant that it made for a wonderful overall experience. We will be back and we will definitely request Valerie for our server.

12/14/24: Party of 12 had a reservation on the patio to celebrate my stepdaughter’s graduation from college. The table was set nicely, and there were plenty of space heaters available. John, the manager greeted us and said that the space heaters were adjustable and could be tailored to our comfort. Jimmy was our host, and he was AWESOME! It took a team effort to bring our food out, and there were zero issues with accuracy. Our orders arrived around the same time, and Jimmy was constantly checking on us. He made my stepdaughter feel special and that made our dinner even more memorable. We appreciate John, Jimmy and the rest of the staff that pitched in. Thank you!

We ordered the orange chicken with rice and Kung pao beef with low mean noodles and steamed dumplings as appetizers and water as drinks. Orange chicken was waaay too orangey, rice had an off flavor, the peppers in the Kung pao chicken tasted like plastic and made the whole plate taste bad, noodles and dumplings and water was the only good things we ate, in our opinion. We couldn’t eat it, wasted $63. Now we see why there was no wait to be seated.
