I ordered the Dunkin midnight dark roast coffee online for S Broadway pickup. Just coffee… plain. I picked it up and drove away, waiting for it to cool. When I took that first sip, I tasted the nastiest excuse for coffee ever. It didn’t taste like coffee but more like… well… what you’d expect dirty mop water to taste like. I removed the lid and took a video. It was more of a caramel brown color, very diluted. I suppose it was just heavily watered down. It didn’t have creamer… it was just brown water. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they wanted me to drive back across town to get another. It was tempting just to show them the swill and ask why they ever put a lid on it after they saw it, but I didn’t. I took a video of it though that I’ll try to attach, or I’ll send it to Dunkn if there’s no response. Bottom line: just go somewhere else… even a different location. This location is filthy… the drive-thru is awful, and pray. The interior needs a thorough cleansing as well. Oh… the coffee rolls here taste like a flat glazed donut. Go to the Dunkn on Richmond Rd for those… they’re made separately from other local Dunkins. Go figure. But they’re good.

Employee at the drive thru window never actually spoke one word to me and it was absolutely the worst latte I’ve ever had. Very watery and no sign of the hazelnut I requested. Gas station coffee tastes better.

We got iced Carmel lattes and they were both the most disgusting coffees we’ve ever had they were literally white. Just pure sugar and milk. We threw our coffees away and went straight to Starbucks. Never going back there again

Jeremiah was the cook, and the experience was very disappointing. His attitude was poor and he was not pleasant at all. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism. He also messed up our order because he was unfamiliar with the “Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wraps,” which made the situation even more frustrating. The only good experience was the other nice gentleman that took our order working the drive through sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was beyond great !!

Keep going here and hoping my order will come out tasting decently. Spoiler alert it never does and I’ve been giving this Dunkin a chance for months now. Coffee is always burnt and watered down, the matcha is never mixed and not green? The munchkins I just got were the worst insult. There’s no way they didn’t just throw some in from the day before. They all were small, crunchy, and honestly inedible. There were a few that truly looked like they had already been bitten in to. Also I went early in the morning so not sure how I’d already be getting bottom of the barrel munchkins. If you’re in Lexington, literally go any where else for coffee or any other dunkin location.

HORRIBLE. RUDE MANAGEMENT. LAZY WORK. GRUMPY FOR THE HOLIDAYS. My last 5 experiences at this Dunkin have been so disappointing and frustrating from the drinks, to the donuts, to the employees, and all the way up to the management. Today I decided to give one last chance and boyyyy do I wish I didn’t. Their current advertisement is misleading and you don’t get anything but a book we accepted that and moved on with our order where we were waited for over 15 minutes just to get our coffee & donuts. Once I received my drink it was made with cinnamon that I was unaware of so I kindly asked the lady to make me a trade because I am allergic. I get the frustration I do but instead of even responding to me she turned around and with her back turned to us said “pull to the picnic table” and then we waited even longer for our drink to which we eventually had to go back in to even receive them. DONE DONE DONE. You have lost me as a loyal cons timer. I will not be back.

I and my dog Boogie has never been so close to an exceptional crew of any business like the Dunkin’ girls and guys of south broadway lexington ky. I cannot give them enough credit for the job that they do. I could be having the worst day until I see the smiles and hear good morning Mike and it does a 360 from that point and by the way the Manager has the most beautiful smile. This is the first place I visit and I think GOD it is. Keep up the great work guys you all are the bee’s knee’s.

Visited this location today as I do every Saturday!! Not for sure what was going on today I always have a good experience at this location but today!!! Today was the day to go!! The young lady who took my order her friendly positive attitude was amazing then I get to the window and the young man who took my payment and handed me my order also had the best customer service and positive attitude. They both seemed to be happy and enjoy their jobs!!! Keep up the good work Dunkin on hiring great people!!

Ordered on the app and didnt give us lids to the coffee therefore causing it to spill all over my boyfriend and his car! The bacon Avacodo toast wasnt even toasted and got 1/4 a piece of bacon.

Ordered off doordash and I swear everytime I do the quality is SO BAD!! This morning I ordered a sesame seed bagel, w plain cream cheese, toasted. I got a plain bagel (didn’t really care abt if it was TOASTED & clean) but it wasn’t toasted, and the cream cheese is just slapped in a blob on one side of the bagel… with black specks in it clearly from some sort of knife or spatula… it went right in the trash!! How can anyone be expected to eat something with specks of whatever in their food!! I wouldn’t even care if the bagel was plain and untoasted if the cream cheese was edible??
Edit:: THE BAGELS STALEEEE NOT EVEN LIKE STUCK IN TOASTER FOR A COUPLE SECONDS ITS HARD AS A ROCK AND STALE
