We had the best server! Lorena was amazing, super friendly and sweet. My family would definitely come back for her. The steak was cooked perfectly this time. Overall everything was really good, but the service was the best!

The food was great, but the loaded mashed potatoes were unfortunately cold. Service could be improved. Our drinks sat empty for a while, and I had to track down our waitress for a refill. Overall, a decent experience, but with some room for improvement.

Claudia has been an awfully amazing waitress. She was very attentive to my partner and I. Her attention and listening skills were outstanding, as well as her attitude. She came out, introduced herself, asked if we wanted drinks and proceeded to check on us continuously and asked if we needed anything throughout our visit. 10/10. Would recommend again.

It’s always good at Outback. Service was a little slow. Maybe they were short staffed. I don’t know. Steak wasn’t as hot as it normally is either but that is just me nitpicking. I tried the chimichurri filet. It was ok. Probably go back the the regular filet. That’s just me. I had the salted caramel cookie skillet. It was awesome!

Food was served wrong. Baked potato was small and served cold. Didn’t even melt my butter. The Barley soup and potato soup appetizer order was served after our steaks. The steaks were undercooked but that is better than being overcooked. They cooked them a little more for us. Server was young and inexperienced but very courteous and tried his best. I think he was overwhelmed. Like he took a glass of tea for refill and never came back with it. We had to ask another server for the replacement glass. This is my third trip to outback in 3 different states , so I believe changes have happened at a corporate level. It is a shame because Outback has always been a great place to eat.

The restaurant is clean and inviting. The service was prompt and timely. The fillet mignon with mash potatoes and broccoli were delicious. The signature bread with butter a Percy appetizer before the main course. Highly recommend this Outback Steakhouse.

For someone that patronizes this location often, I was very disappointed with my food tonight. We always order the wings (medium) with blue cheese and ranch dipping sauce. Tonight was no different. When I opened the first order of wings, it was all drums and no flats. I opened the second order of wings and it was the same. I never requested only drums. I find pleasure in the variety of wing parts that we normally receive. Moreover, many of the wings were dry and hard. We did not enjoy our dinner. Waste of time and money………
