My family and I have visited this Outback multiple times, and each visit has always been a fantastic experience. However, today was a bit different. We had the pleasure of meeting Matthew, and we learned it was his first large party. You should know, my family and I can be quite lively, often rolling in as a group of 11, but Maxwell handled us with incredible skill and genuine appreciation. He was quick on his feet, attentive to every detail, and made us feel remarkably at home. He even took the initiative to turn on the heat and switch off the A/C, which we truly appreciated. We were here to celebrate my nephew’s seventh birthday, and he chose this place knowing we’d have a great time. Outback, I just want to take a moment to salute the shining star you’ve hired in Mr. Maxwell. We truly appreciate your team, and I promise we’ll be back soon—hopefully asking for him again. Outstanding service from the entire staff. Thank you for making today memorable!

The experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Hilltop was superb! My church group with 31 people went for a fellowship dinner and the restaurant was so very welcoming and accommodating. Especially since they don’t take reservations but allowed me to call and give them to let them know that we were coming but with a count of 24. David, the manager was so very helpful in accommodating the extra guests! DJ our waiter was pleasant and handled each guest with professionalism and kindness! There was another manager that assisted with a difficult order that was certainly not their fault with grace and the other staff were excellent as well! I can’t thank David and DJ enough and recommend this Outback Steakhouse for a great meal and outstanding customer service!

I chose to pick up my food. It was on a Saturday night and it took about 20 minutes. I got the Shrooms and the bone in ribeye. The food was great, hot and was ready in about 25 minutes. Very good and prompt curbside service. Steak was perfectly cooked to medium. Always a treat for me.

We went to Outback Steakhouse on Laskin Road in Virginia Beach last night. I had been wanting a good steak for some time and I was not disappointed! Got the 8 oz Filet with a side of mushrooms and the steak was so tender, juicy, and was delicious! Upon arrival we didn’t have to wait at all. We were taken to a table right away. Service was great and our waitress was very nice and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. One friend had a Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp and another had Chicken and they both said their food tasted great! The only thing we didn’t care for was having to use the machine on our table to pay the bill. Not used to having to do this! Also,wish they still had the steak and cheese dip with chips appetizer. It was a favorite if ours. Will definitely be going back to enjoy more delicious food at Outback!

We had a wonderful experience today at this outback DJ was our server and he was phenomenal one of the best servers I’ve ever had and I’ve been a waitress for 10 years in my 20s and 30s the food was also fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this location and hope I can request him to be my server every time. I hope that this store appreciates him as much as we did. !

New staff. Tried to accommodate. After feathers in wings, cold rice, unseasoned broccoli, bread you can knock on, greasy wings that were under seasoned. Hair on napkins. The dismissive manager, very rude when we brought issues to his attention. Said, “okay and walked away. Passed us several times. No concern. Terrible! Our waitress was awesome Trista:)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The food had no flavor, the cheese fries definitely tasted like they were microwaved, the alcohol beverage took FOREVER to come out (our food came out before we got the beverage) and the beverage tasted like syrup. The burger had no flavor, the shrimp were way too hot/ spicy to eat/enjoy. The waitress (Courtney H) was not good either. She didn’t ask if our food was good it obviously wasn’t good because most of it was still on the plates. She didn’t even ask why we didn’t like it or anything. She took forever getting anything for us. The honey mustard is absolutely disgusting. The food and service was absolutely terrible. The menus were also dirty too. Just horrible. Not coming back!
