This Taco Bell was an interesting experience. It is a relatively new and modern building. I never talked to a single employee. There were at least 3 of them in the dining area… No one said one word to me.
I was there during the slow time around 4PM place was not busy, but no one had took 30 seconds to tidy up…. So I cleaned up a little before I left.
Lastly, take a look at the photo of the endless supply of beverage cups right next to the machine…. I guess there’s no need to purchase a soda here… Unfortunately I didn’t know this before I ordered my meal with a drink.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The food is adequate but my god the service at this location is absolutely abysmal. You could probably make your own shitty tacos at home for the same amount of time you’d wait at this location. I’ve been sitting on a mobile order for over 30 min.

Enjoyed the service. It was quick and friendly. The store was clean inside and outside. The produce within the soft taco was very fresh and delicious.

Customer service here is horrible. Its all about getting people out as fast as possible. Got attitude when asked for the mtn dew to be chnaged because I got Soda Water for my drink. Bag was ripped giving me my food and just bad customer service.

We walked in and ordered, chose to pay cash at the counter, assuming we’d pay when they called our name (also assuming there was anyone working because we were here a solid 5 minutes before seeing any staff). Two men walked in after us, placed their order and had it within approximately 5 minutes. We sat a bit longer and started wondering if they’d gotten our order. Well they had, but they hadn’t made it. Long story short, I asked for a supervisor and he first came with excuses, but was nice. Eventually after I came with 3 complaints (legit, but do you really want to read this all night), he ultimately refunded our rather small order of $26

what happened to this taco bell??? literally the worst experience i have ever had here. when i got in line there were 4 cars in front of me. it took 25 minutes to get to the window i didnt mind because i was hungry and had just got of work and didnt feel like cooking at midnight. The workers were yelling and cussing about how busy they were i get it so it’s fine. I checked my order before i pulled out of the parking lot and they only gave me one of my things i ordered so i turned around and told them. I waited another 20 MINUTES for the rest of my food. While waiting one of the workers was outside smoking and the little cashier was running around crazy trying to get orders to people that were missing things as well. I get being busy i work in the service industry but this is actually ridiculous for a fast food place. In totally i waited close to an hour all together. literally don’t waste your time with this taco bell because you will wait forever.

This Taco Bell has gone down hill fast. Half of the time my burritos aren’t wrapped right and food is falling out of them. There’s no effort put into the food anymore. Quesadilla half cooked and cold. Ordered a Pepsi, they gave me diet. Returned it and was given another Diet Pepsi. Like most places these days, the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down.
Revised: still bad and taco shells are stale half the time. I guess people don’t take any pride in what they make anymore.

Circumstances brought me to the National rd Vandalia Taco Bell 2 days in a row. Both visits were a disaster. First of all, I’d like to say to Taco Bell as a whole that you have all of the ingredients needed to keep the double decker into circulation. C’mon!
The first day is the Taco pictured. I went through the drive thru on lunch break and ordered 1 chicken cantina Taco. This is what it looked like. I didn’t have time to complain. I just didn’t get to eat much of a lunch.
The next day, a few of us worked Saturday, and when we got off at noon, we decided to meet back at this same Taco bell. What a mistake. This visit was even more disastrous. What has this world come to as far as the lack of customer service provided by establishments these these days. A worker passed by me at least 4 times, back and forth stocking the already full sauce tubs and wiping down tables, never acknowledging my presence. Same with a young lady doing the very same thing at the drive-thru window and totally ignoring the fact that I was standing at the counter. My issue was the Taco I ordered looked much like the one pictured above, but my beans had oozed out the cracks of the cheesy bean and rice burrito, causing quite the mess within the wrapper. The burrito was smashed and inedible. Again, not able to eat a full lunch. I don’t know what to say, but hopefully, this location takes heed to the wastefulness and unprofessional tone this staff is setting. I’ll be avoiding this location until this staff is replaced or re-trained.

Took 20+ min to grt through the drive through with 3 cars ahead total when we pulled in. How does it take this long to pick up food? We ordered on the mobile app so we couldn’t leave and get food elsewhere. So much for “fast” food.
