Don’t waste your time here , extremely rude . Unprofessional. I made a mobile order . A rude lady yelling out * we close * ? I tell her I have a mobile order and she says she don’t care . So I basically got charged and I didn’t got my food. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE ! They should fire all the staff and get people that actually wanna work and not this rude ppl that can’t answer your questions. So they took my money ? And I didn’t receive my food . So Mc Donald’s be stealing now a days? Super sad !!

Placed an order for the wife through the app go to the store. All the doors are locked. Drive-through is blocked. Poor wife is banging on the windows for 15 minutes and then they say their system is down and they’re not taking orders. Well I commit it took it through the app and charge me money now I got no food. I’m short money now you guys are really messing up at McDonald’s. I mean, you have complete the most incompetent people I’ve ever seen in the rudest I don’t know how they get to be managers. It’s it’s crazy if I in any of my managing positions acted like this I would’ve been fired in a second. That whole store should be demolished. The entire staff fired except for the cleaning crew. It looks great wouldn’t eat there again if you paid me. Stupidly went back to this location to see if it was any better no food still horrible still having problems with the app. The only person that talks to you at this counter is is someone you can barely understand. Please don’t go to this one.

McDonald’s being the icon of fast food, should have a level a little higher than what they offered here. I ordered a cheeseburger and I have to say that the bread was not good and the same for the meat patty. I am not expecting a gourmet burger, but there is a minimum of a standard that nowadays they should offer. French fries were cold too, obviously prepared long ago. I have been to other branches and, in general, they are consistent in a somewhat better quality of a meal. Service was very good and the restaurant was clean. Let’s assume that this was due to a slow Sunday…

I was completely disgusted with the lobby area. I came in to order on the self order screen. I had planed to eat in the lobby until I seen how dirty it was. There was not one table cleaned without even exaggerating! The floor had food and cups along with trash everywhere. The tables were absolutely in sanitary! It really upset me because this was my favorite McDonald’s in my area. After this experience I will no longer order food only sweet tea. Very disappointed

I am visiting Ft. Lauderdale from Dallas, Tx. And the way I was treated was a bit disgusting and disrespectful. I spoke with the on duty supervisor/ manager at the time. But once I made it back to my hotel room, my food was awful. You can tel it was made with respect. I had cold fries that look as though they were the bottom of the pan crumbs. My chicken sandwich had to top buns, didn’t know what that was about and the customer service was terrible.

When it’s late and there’s nothing to eat around and your coworkers are restless McDonald’s never disappoints. This place is not for someone who’s looking for something healthy or who has certain food allergies. Everybody was happy. Customer service was the best I ever had of any McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.

Who ever the young African American lady is taking orders on the night of saturday the 27th at 8:16pm is extremely unprofessional. Asked for my order at the drive threw then proceeds to not answer me for a few minutes so I say hello maybe 5 times. Decide maybe something is wrong with the 2nd lane so I pull into lane 1. Same lady asks for my order then proceeds to hit me with an attitude when I mentioned I was in lane 2 and she didn’t answer after asking for my order. Get to the 1st window and shes there (the one with the blue hair) and a young man. The young man took my money while the young lady proceeds to be arrogant and laughing about it and says something slick. McDonald managers yall need to step your game up this is completely unacceptable…
