They served me completely melted blizzards. Only 1 of 4 blizzards could actually be flipped upside down!!! LOL. That one looked newly made compared to the three others that were COMPLETE puddles. It was a blast feeding an infant liquid cream. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Dairy Queen, this was just unbelievable. The girl proceeded to go fetch me a handful of brown paper towels in preparation for my children to slurp down the overflowing cups of liquid we were served. Horrible experience and horrible staff.

My go to spot on 209! Staff is great, top tier. Food seems always fresh and hot! Great location to eat in or take on the go! Now has the convenience of a light to exit so you’re no longer fighting with traffic, (even though we’re kind of nice this side and someone would let you in). Use the app for additional perks and rewards!!

Picked up an Oreo Blizzard for takeout and had a great experience. Plenty of parking made it super easy to stop in, and the Blizzard was delicious and affordable—just the right mix of creamy and crunchy. Fast service, no hassle. Will definitely be back for another treat!

Was trying to order in the restaurant but the lady was too concerned about another man sitting on the counter top minding his business. This was unacceptable and very rude to me and others. I would not have this person around my family or food!

Today was the first time I experienced a bad time at Dairy Queen. I went through the drive to make my order. Had to wait , to have cold fries, my burger was hot but had old lettuce . I came inside to tell them that my fries was cold / burger lettuce old. She was rude unprofessional as it was another young child being disrespectful. So she explained to me that she didn’t have to give me a new order or refund because it was getting heated. I work too hard for my money. Don’t judge me in my race appearance. I drive tractor trailer for a living. I risk my life everyday and I want respect as a customer and for my food to be prepared the proper way. I told her I’m a customer I’m right she like no your not. If I getting good from drive though all my food should be hot and fresh especially if u have me waiting on my order for a couple of minutes and say sorry for the wait. So I’m right. That food should of been worth my wait
