its a beer life
Stopped by on a hot day for some cool eats. Ted and Wally’s Ice hit the spot.
Premium Ice cream for the palate.
The store was busy but the girls at the counter were serving excellent customer service and smiles, which made the wait worth it.
I had a malt and we also had the salted white chocolate almond ice cream
Will definitely be back when in Omaha again.

Hands down, the creamiest! My wife had the Red Bull Pomegranate Sorbet, Orange-tang, Vanilla Bean. She loved it!!! I had the Candy Apple Carmel. Meh. It wasn’t very candy, apple, or Carmel. It was creamy. Will cone again. An Omaha classics.

A unique ice cream craftsman producing a rotation of flavours in house on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and helpful. A cozy retro ambiance and you can watch them make ice cream the old fashioned way right in store.

Some of the best ice cream you will taste! Great for an after downtown dinner dessert or even a special trip only for ice cream!
This is a popular place, so expect to wait in line for 5 to 10 minutes…it is really worth the wait!

I didn’t want any of their flavors so they made a Buckeye for me. Vanilla ice cream, add peanut butter syrup and hot fudge. A homeless man came up to me as soon as I walked out the door. He must not have thought it looked very good because he passed…I guess he wanted money instead of ice cream. He walked away muttering before I could find out if he wanted anything else. I did enjoy the ice cream but I would have like to give him that one and order another one.

Cute old fashioned store. Confusing menu on the back wall. I don’t think the cone has pricing on it. Ice cream was ok, chocolate was the best of all 3 flavors. It’s pretty average. Nothing too wow to make me wanna go back.

This ice cream shop is great. The energy, the vibe, the aesthetic is everything you’d want from a scratch ice cream shop. Probably about 12-15 flavor options daily. My only gripe is it is expensive. For a sundae and a single scoop cone we paid $15, which is a little steep for ice cream, but it was very good so I would come back! This place gets crowded fast. We just beat the line so be prepared to wait. Staff is wonderful!

Ted and Wally’s is an Omaha staple. Love their ice cream. However, they’re becoming a little too much like Coneflower, which is just weird in my opinion. Their flavors are off the wall. Ted and Wally’s can try some new flavors, but they need to keep the staples. We had a hard time finding anything that sounded good this time. We almost left. We usually go to the one downtown.
I’d give them 5 stars if they had their usual flavors.

The long lines are an indication to stop here! It moves super fast and was worth the wait. They serve mountain freezer made ice cream that is absolutely delicious with great prices. Servers were very knowledgeable with helping me pick gluten free options (celiac). Would absolutely stop here again.

Ted and Wally’s is hands-down the best ice cream in town! My boyfriend and I go every other day, and it never disappoints. The flavors are always creative and so rich and creamy—you can tell they put real care into making it. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and it feels like the kind of place you just want to keep coming back to. Definitely our favorite spot for a sweet treat!
