Rose the manager was fantastic. I’ve called in twice now when I order Cheesey Gordita Crunches on door dash to ask for the Doritos locos shell on it since door dash does not offer that option. Both times they have said they would do it and they have. The first time was a nice gentlemen and then I spoke to Rose. She was lovely.

We will never order from this Taco Bell again. Ordered thru Uber eats. Ordered 4 large drinks, which all were part of combos. Got 2 large, one medium, and one was completely missing. Ordered 10 each of 2 different sauces, got 8 of one of them. Most of the food was cold. 1 soft taco was kinda warm. Amazingly all the food items were there, just cold. It has been many years since I visited this location, so I don’t know what it’s like to go in and order. But for delivery orders, they pretty much suck.

Worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but what happened here was so unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.
My visit started off normally, but quickly went downhill when an issue came up with my order. Instead of calmly addressing it, the manager—Rose—raised her voice at me in front of a full restaurant. I wasn’t being aggressive or disrespectful, yet I was talked down to, embarrassed publicly, and then threatened with being banned for simply grabbing my cup that I had just paid for.
This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was humiliating. A manager is supposed to de-escalate situations, not create a scene. Watching someone in a position of authority yell at a customer was uncomfortable not only for me, but for everyone else who witnessed it.
If this is how customers are treated when there’s even a minor problem, I can’t recommend eating here. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient—not stressful or degrading. There are plenty of other places where you can get the same food without being yelled at or threatened.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Man, I just received my DoorDash of a cantina bowl and a stacker. Today is January 18th, 9:14 PM; the foot sat arrived looking majestic, with incredible modest portions, and my extra add-ons were quite to my liking. Whoever is there as I write this review, whoever made my food, deserves the greatest foot massage and caressing in the whole existence of humanity. Thanks.

I would give one star if I could. The drive through girl was not friendly at all. My tacos were crumbled and looked like nachos, my chalupa was pathetic with barely anything in it and they didn’t give me a spoon for my pintos and cheese. When I went back to get a spoon I sat in a drive through for 30 minutes . It’s very clear no one actually cares about their job and what’s worse is paying for subpar food and services.

Lack luster taco bell experience. I’ve been at this taco bell a lot lately and I regret to say I’ll come back in the near future still. I say I regret that I’ll be coming back because today my experience was disappointing. My chips and all of my friends all tasted like there was mold on them, our chalupas were cold, and the baja blast and baja midnight were out of
flavor. Very disappointed. They did say if a soda is out of flavor to try holding it down for multiple minutes then the flavor may come back. Useful tip for any future customers and taco bell enthusiasts

Ordered from uber eats. That was my first mistake. Second mistake was picking this taco bell. I’ll never understand how hard it is to read your screen, make the order, and put it in a bag. Everything I ordered was wrong literally not 1 item was correct everything was cold and disgusting and so much cross contamination finding different ingredients that aren’t supposed to be there. Worst meal i’ve ever eaten I will never order from this taco bell ever again in my life. How do you mess up such a simple order all we had order was 1 taco 1 beef layer burrito, 1 drink, and nacho fries. We got everything else from this place but what we ordered. Staff is a joke.

I had the unfortunate luck of ordering some Mexican pizza from this place. Usually my hometown makes it great so I was expecting the same.
Turns out these guys don’t care about quality here, the tortilla was spoiled with bad oily taste to it, the cheese wasn’t even cooked. I think they forgot to put the whole thing in the oven ? I had to leave everything as is on the counter after one bite.
If you have another option, please go there, must avoid!

I love taco bell but not this one in particular. All the workers here have an attitude problem. Don’t come here at night cause they just get crankier! And i also have a video of them screaming at me!!
