Lack of Loyalty Recognition at the Lakewood Chick-fil-a
I visit the Lakewood Chick-fil-A frequently out of pure convenience, as it’s very close to my home. I spend a significant amount of money here and am a valued member of the Chick-fil-A One rewards program.
Unfortunately, despite my frequent and substantial spending, this location has never offered a reward or “just because like John at the one on Carson st at the Towne Center Long Beach.
It feels frustrating to be a loyal, high-spending customer at one location and receive no extra appreciation,like the one on Carson Street in Long Beach, which is excellent!) regularly send me bonus rewards every month. The difference in local operator generosity is stark. While the core service is fine, the lack of acknowledgment has made me rethink my primary Chick-fil-A spot. Tonight, I’m passing up the Lakewood location to give my business to the Carson St restaurant instead.
Hopefully, the Lakewood location’s operator will consider rewarding their regular, local customers in the future.

I’ve been to this location a few times, but this was my first time actually dining in. The service was wonderful. The employees were all polite and friendly, and quick to get my order out. The food was delicious. The chicken minis are my favorite! I wish I could order them all day, but unfortunately they are just a breakfast item. The entire restaurant was constantly cleaned by its employees to ensure everyone had a clean table to sit at
