Used to love some Cane’s, but the prices keep going up (which I get to some extent) while the portions are now laughable. Getting charged for a chicken finger barley the size of a fry was the last straw. I won’t be giving these ripoff artists anymore of my money.
It is NOT okay to charge people for a combo that’s supposed to come with more pieces only to provide them pieces that two or three don’t even account for what one used to be back in the day.
Too bad and a shame. I have gotten the smell corporate greed more than yummy chicken on my visits over the last few years and definitely on my last. Farewell Canes!

I went in today and they were taking orders by hand. Lady with big eyeliner was very rude. Proceeded after my order to window. Lady was kind but in the caniac combo. If only came with 3 tenders instead of 6. She gave us the drinks with the lids not fully on . And gave us coleslaw instead of toast like I asked. Very disappointing since I live 30 minutes away.

This is by far my favorite Cane’s! I love eating in the parking lot at night because it’s up on a hill overlooking the area
I had 1 problem recently where the fries were almost uncooked just cooked enough that it was lukewarm and a little soggy but just a little yellow but more white than anything and not crunchy or stale, so just under cooked.
The people are super nice though so I didn’t say anything and probably ate a quarter of them the chicken was still really good! And obviously the sauce was perfect lol so was the toast and lemonade

Service was good, fast and friendly when walking in to take home. This drive thru is always wrapped twice around the building. Parking here is also a toss up. You might get to park close or you may have to park and walk.

Came in the other night, the two young girls (employees) were singing and dancing (while also working) and it was great to hear. Food was great as well. I like that they allowed the girls to have a good time while also putting in effort, that means they are comfortable enough to do so! Love to see it.

truly don’t know why i keep giving raising canes a chance, every time i go i just get the smallest chicken fingers filled with rubbery cartilage and im always disappointed. the portions keep getting smaller, the fries are always cold, and the chicken is so rubbery and chewy it’s inedible. way way overpriced for tiny portions and bad quality.

It hits every other month. Not something I eat on the regular unless your super hungry. The flavor and everything is solely in the caniac sauce. If you don’t have it that chicken is like eating soft, chewable rocks. And make sure you eat it hot, cause it does not taste good if you try reheating it. But its a decent place, no complaints.

So brought my kids here for a treat. Haven’t been in well over a year and I have to say we wont be back. The prices have skyrocketed and the chicken strips are half the size they use to be. I know time are tuff but WOW.

All around 5 stars! I visited this location today on my lunch hour. They had not yet really been backed uo for lunch but I was definitely the beginning of it. Something new is they now have attendants outside taking orders from tablets which made it super easy to get in and out quickly.

Now I must speak on the real reason I’m here….that kitchen. They gave me the absolute best fast food experience I have had in MONTHS. The fries, crispy on the outside still soft on the inside…ALL OF THEM. I didn’t have one overcooked fry. The chicken strips again all crispy outsides with the breading holding firm to the chicken. I can’t tell you how happy it made me to leave that store after tasting the food.

I’ve worked in kitchens before and fried foods are something most kitchens struggle with as much as they may say (it’s the easiest food on the menu) it may be but you also have to cook it right. Meaning you must toss/shake the items in the basket as they cook or you have uncooked parts. Time after time, restaurant after restaurant I leave disappointed because the food isn’t cooked right. This time I was above satisfied I would 110% recommend this store location to anyone in the close area! Thank you so much Cane’s staff!!

It’s refreshing stepping inside a clean establishment, being greeted with a genuine smile, and also being checked on to make sure my food is tasting well & I’m not needing anything.

Great Job, Raising Cane’s!! First time actually enjoying your food inside & I feel more valued as a customer than any 5-star restaurant.

I might add that they did this with every customer that entered in the 40min I was there. Very friendly staff who communicated very well with not only the customers, but each other.
