This was a horrible experience and I want to let everyone know don’t go there with a $50 bill thinking you will get service in the drive thru because you won’t. When we pulled up the kid taking my order couldn’t hear well and obviously had very poor communication skills. He didnt get my order right but that was just the kicker. He got my name wrong then when we get to the window after waiting about 15 mins it was 2 little girls with childish behavior. They both weren’t very well trained. They refused to take my $50 bill and held my food hostage. After wasting my time and gas they had the nerve to laugh. I got out and went to the window in which it was so many people in the line outside another 10 min wait. I talked to the manager Micheal he tried to justify & rationalize the situation by saying they were told during certain times of the day not to give change. This is not posted anywhere . I never had this problem before from anywhere. Not when my food cost almost half of the $50. Then after the manager gives me my bag the food was cold and I was minus a sandwich. So I had to turn around for the 3rd time to go buy my husband his sandwich. They make me sick the way they were dancing around with my food . I really dont blame Micheal he is only one man. Them kids they hiring need better training ! They are extremely rude & childish. I wish to never have to go here again. It was a fiasco thats forsure. And they had a ice cream truck generator blowing carbon monoxide on the cars in the drive thru which was sickening literally.

The nuggets get bigger and bigger and looks like they have steroids in them and are hard to chew because they are so large! The taste of them are not good either, they taste like nothing without sauce. I had some nuggets from a location in Cypress by Cypress Park High School and the flavor and size was amazing! You can eat them without sauce. I’ve literally never had Chick Fil A nuggets that tasteful. I wonder why this Southfork location isn’t using the same season or whatever that location uses. The taste is a HUGE difference!

My most disappointing Chick-fil-A experience truly. My sauce was missing, my lil frosty was missing, and the strangely long bag almost didn’t make it in the car. I didn’t hear a single “my pleasure” and it took forever….Very unlike chick-fil-a…very unholy.

Food is always good obviously but I left without getting a fork or any sauces. I ordered nuggets and Mac and cheese. It was not busy at all when I went so I’m not sure how they forgot the most essential items of my meal. I now have to drive home with cheesy fingers and severe dry mouth from dry nuggets. Thank goodness they gave me a straw so I can at least survive. Do better

Overall the food is good but from time to time they miss an item or don’t include the full order. I have had to complain a handful of times but they always make it right. Once they messed up 2 salads and fixed it by adding 4 free salad rewards on the app which was more than enough to make up for the issue.

We waited a long time for someone to place our order. The food was great. I didn’t like the fact that there was no where to dine in. It was cold and wet and we had to eat in our vehicle. I will not go back to this Chick fil A due to no dine in area.
