This was our first time at Smash Burger and we are hooked! It started with Daniel’s amazing customer service and explanation of everything. Then the food was delicious-I couldn’t wait to take a picture before digging in! The burgers were melt in your mouth yummy. And then the milkshakes were amazing! Everything was beyond expectation. So excited to make this part of our routine!!

Amazing energy, super friendly, and actually makes you feel welcome instead of rushed. My order was perfect, the food was hot and fresh, and Tavrina’s customer service honestly made the whole experience better.
You can tell she takes pride in what she does , that kind of service is rare these days. Smashburger is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back!

The GM Ariel was stellar! His customer service was so great, he was very attentive to our party. He even came to our table to chat a little which was a nice touch on top of his already great service. I would also like to give a shout out to Dan for coming to make sure we were being helped while Ariel waited on us to figure out what we wanted to order. The food was amazing, everything was hot and made fresh. If we weren’t visiting our of state we would surely be back!

Dormee has outstanding customer service skills. She is extremely polite and makes the in-house restaurant experience comfortable and inviting. We live closer to the Smash Burger located on E Smoky Hill Road near the Aurora Southlands Mall in Colorado. A visit to Children’s Hospital Fitzsimmons Campus prompted us to stop at this store for lunch several weeks ago. Now we intentionally drive the distance from our home in Centennial just to eat at this restaurant. The food and the service is exceptionally good. The team here should be recognized for their commitment to service and for upholding the smash Burger brand. Congrats to Dormee and Jesus for a job that is prolifically well done! You make it worth the 12 mile drive!!!!

I happened into this store a few weeks back and was delighted at the friendly service, the incredibly fresh food and the clean environment. The burger was heavenly. So here I am a few weeks later, back at this location even though I have one much closer to home. It was worth the trip. I met the GM Ariel who brighten my day and had the pleasure of seeing the gentleman (Dan) who greeted me at my last visit. Just as friendly as before. I’m about to dig into this delicious goodness .

The place was clean, the food was very good, the staff was friendly and nice. I am not giving it a high rating because it took the cashier over 10min to take my order. I could see how busy she was. My husband and I were going to leave, but she came over and was very nice and friendly, and took our order. Apologized for the delay. The issue to me is management or the owners not providing help to the workers.

Just stood in the register line behind a man and woman. No one was at the register and there were no other customers. I waited about 3 minutes, watching as 2 different employees in the kitchen looked out at us, finally one came out, but walked right past us, saying someone would be right with us. Waited another minute, then left. The couple left right after I did. Whoever owns or manages this franchise should do better.
