A nice playground and after Covid kids can’t enjoy this anymore. And now they put like 4 hrs to enjoy that and they know everyone came after 3 when the kids dismissed from school.

Literally has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in NY. They always always get an order wrong. Speaker on drive thru is crap or workers just don’t care. I’ve had numerous issues with them over the years but this tops the cake. I order breakfast. I order 2 sausage mcgriddles one without cheese the other without egg, just cheese. Come home only to discover there is no sausage in my sausage mcgriddle. Seriously what is wrong with them?? I am so over they lousy service.

That have a play place but the kids can’t play after 3pm. Example, you got your kiddos out of school at 3pm and can’t go there to enjoy a moment bc the place is closed. Why are you gonna have a play place if the kids can’t enjoying it?? That sucks.

On 10/31/22, we went to this McDonald’s to eat and dined in. Just minutes after beginning to eat, patrons sat across from us with their dog. This dog was on a long leash and was allowed to put its face and paws all over the table. Mortified and disgusted, I informed the manager immediately. The patrons explained that it was an emotional-service dog. Ok… that doesn’t extend to the dog’s face and paws being all over a table where people eat! Dog hairs flew all over every time that dog shook its body! The manager could’ve/should’ve asked them to sit at the designated table for such instances. This same manager was on shift the last time I went to this location and it was very unsanitary. If I could give zero stars, I would! BEWARE! Even the most die-hard animal lovers don’t want dog hairs (or ANY hairs) on their table or in their food (I hope)! I’m informing McDonald’s corporate office of this issue as well! A picture is worth a thousand words, so see the attached pics for yourself!
