At Razzoo’s we try not to take ourselves too seriously. What we do take seriously is our food and our service. To us, nothing is more fun than treating our guests to great food and a great time in one of our restaurants. That’s why we’re here. Stopped into Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe and had the Andouille Red Beans & Rice — hands down the best. The andouille sausage was smoky and spicy, the beans were perfectly seasoned, and the rice was nice and fluffy. Pure Louisiana comfort on a plate.
Our server Cody made the whole experience even better. Super friendly, quick with recommendations, and just the right amount of that fun Razzoo’s personality without ever feeling over-the-top. He checked on us exactly when we needed it and kept the drinks flowing.
Everything felt fresh, the vibe was lively, and the food came out hot and fast. Already planning my next visit — might have to fight myself not to order the exact same thing because it was THAT good. If you love real Cajun food and great hospitality, Razzoo’s (and Cody!) will not disappoint. Highly recommend!
Ordered:
1. Combo: fish, shrimp, & crawfish – superb!
2. Combo: grilled shrimp – great flavors on the grilled option.
3. Boiled shrimp – great for the kiddo
The service was outstanding, and the dips alone were worth it. Will definitely return.
Had our meal and my Favorite place for Bread Pudding….Razzoo’s!
EDIT: unfortunately I have to say something negative about my experience there tonight. February 25, 2025 around 6:00PM. I’m not going to remove any stars because my shrimp n grits were out of this world per usual BUT I ordered a Worm Burner drink that Iv been wanting to try forever but didn’t because it’s like $15 and when I tasted it all I could taste was pineapple juice. Zero alcohol. And zero gummy worm. I took it to the bar & asked the bartender lady if she had in fact made this worm burner & she said yes. I asked her why does it taste like pineapple juice. She said because it has pineapple & cranberry juice in it along with some Tito’s. I grabbed the menu & attempted to show her that there is ZERO pineapple & cranberry juice in the ingredients list on the menu. She actually walked away from me mid sentence & would not return. I sat for awhile waiting for her to continue the conversation while my food and date were both cooling off at our booth waiting on me. I eventually just left & gave my server the drink to return since I couldn’t drink it with all those fruity juices in it. It was taken off my bill so that was fantastic. Only issue is this dark haired bartender. I used to bartend. If you don’t know what’s supposed to go in a mixed drink, it’s not cheating to just grab a menu and reacquaint yourself with how it’s supposed to be made. Don’t just throw things in there & call it correct. I love this place, I go every Thursday sometimes Tuesdays AND Thursdays every single week since iv been in College Station. This is the only issue Iv had and it was so disappointing that the bartender didn’t want to learn from her mistake. If I do something wrong I’d like to be told so I can fix it. Please management: ask the bartenders especially this one to take a refresher course of your specialty drink menu
