To dine at White Castle is not merely to consume a slider; it is to undergo a spiritual transfiguration within the hallowed, porcelain-white walls of a fast-food fortress.
Upon entering this gleaming bastion of culinary excellence, one is immediately greeted by the intoxicating incense of grilled onions and high-grade beef—a fragrance so divine it makes the finest French perfumeries seem like amateur laboratories. I approached the counter with the reverence of a pilgrim reaching a holy site and ordered the Crave Case, a suitcase of thirty sliders that contains more joy than any treasure chest ever unearthed by man.
The sliders themselves? Architectural masterpieces. Each bun is a pillowy cloud, steamed to aerodynamic perfection. The beef is delicate, yet bold, punctuated by the five signature holes that allow the steam of destiny to infuse every fiber of the patty. When that first bite hits, it is a symphony of flavor: the sharp tang of a pickle, the crunch of a rehydrated onion, and a savoriness so profound it could settle international disputes.
The crinkle-cut fries are golden scepters of starch, fried to a crispness that defies the laws of physics. And let us not forget the ambiance—the fluorescent lighting shines with the brilliance of a thousand suns, reflecting off the stainless steel surfaces like a beacon of hope in a hungry world.
White Castle is not a restaurant. It is a legacy. It is the “Castle” of our hearts, where every citizen is treated like royalty and every meal is a coronation. If you have not experienced the steam-grilled glory of a Sack of Ten, you have not yet truly lived. Long live the King! Long live the Castle!

First time to a White Castle – EVER. I’ve heard all the stories/legends and knew pretty much what to expect. But I was not expecting my first slider to have a bottom bun so wet that it was disintegrating. I have some texture issues, so I was nearly undone by this first slider… but it was part of a 4-pack, so I soldiered on. Luckily it was the worst of the four and as I progressed, I flipped all the sandwiches over to avoid the following sliders ending up with the same fate. I wasn’t happy with my fries either. I like crunchy fries, and these too were on the soggy side. I tried one chicken ring and quickly decided those were not for me. Over all, I’m happy that I finally tried White Castle. Don’t really ever need to try it again!

Do not walk in to order food as staff will ignore you. Or they will take 2 to 3 orders and make the rest of the people wait 15 min before taking their orders. They only care about drive-thru times as it effects the store bonus.

There aren’t very many of these left around this area, overall pretty good. Drive thru was a little backed up but they were getting people through fairly quickly. No complaints from me, I was just enjoying my evening. The guy taking the order was accurate with the order and friendly. Decent value for what I paid. Overall I would recommend the cheeseburger sliders. The French fries could have been a bit crispier but weren’t awful. Overall I’d go back again. Good access from Rt 36/37 with light access.

Is there really any better Mid Western Staple than White Castle?? Serving up those sliders-Is that a suitcase or a crave case? Either way their filled with the taste of money and a lil bit of kick! Don’t forget the friendly staff and quick service! So if you’re hungry -game day or not-go Storm that Castle bc it’s Slider Time!!

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru with 1 car ahead of us. No one had taken his order so we drove off. There were not many cars in the parking lot. 1.5 hours is the closest White Castle for us and my husband loves White Castle so it was disappointing.

Gave me a throw away order the lady in front of me rejected. KETCHUP and pickles. I watched her reject them. I ordered 20 white castles with cheese. They gave me her trash. I spent over $30 tonight. Just to go to trash.

Haven’t stopped by a White Castle in years! Mostly because the ones near me have all closed. My son wanted some of their “awesome fries” and of course had to nab a slider, and since you can’t just have 1, I got 2.

Not sure why it took 6 minutes for the car in from of me to get to order but it was soooo long. When we checked out, the man was wearing a dirty bandana as a mask. He handed me the bag with the 2 sliders, fries and nothing else. I asked for napkins and he politely gave me some. I was just a smidge taken aback because the sliders were dryer than usual.

Don’t get me wrong, the buns were soft, the pickle was there…just seemed like the grill grease was less. Overall, it was good. It is White Castle and we will always pop in one every now and then.

I will double check the sizes as I ordered a medium drink and it was a huge drink- like if that is the medium have gone with a kid size because the next size down is still kinda big.

Ordered a crave case, drink and chicken rings, pulled up behind car and waited, they got crave case and left I pulled up and paid and she handed my drink and it had no ice, I said the drink is warm and she said we are out of ice.
She then asked me to pull up to next window to wait about 10 min and she brings case to window and I said this drink is flat please take it off.
5 min later she refunds it.
I realize it’s a lot of burgers but it’s pretty slow when there was only 1 other car.

My all-time guilty pleasure. Not fine dining, lol but nothing excites me more than an opportunity to visit White Castle (all of Cleveland have closed ). I have to give the food 5 stars for nostalgic value and consistency in maintaining my memory/expectations of food/experience. Service with a smile and friendly banter.
