My boyfriend and I went and we both had steak. I had sirloin and he had t-bone. They were done perfectly. His medium rare and mine rare. It filled us up so much that we had to take some home. Very delicious. The photo is of his steak

I do not go to Texas Roadhouse a lot. I have never had a problem with service except maybe twice out of 20 times I have been there. When the restaurant is busy or short staffed I get it if I have to wait okay not a problem.
The only issue I have is the inconsistency with how the steak is cooked. If I ask for medium it was either being cooked as rare, medium rare or medium well. I asked for medium today not sure what this is.

Passing through, 45 minutes out- we did online check-in said will be an hour wait. Arrived expecting to have to wait due to entrance was full. Seated right away. Storm was our server. I can’t say enough about him. He was polite, friendly, quick, not an over bearing server. Food was top notch, presentation was delightful. Tables were being flipped quickly, and someone was sweeping the floor!! They even had time to dance to Footloose and celebrate a birthday! Top notch all around. No wonder it was packed.

Been here dozens of times. Never had a bad steak. My go to is the Ceasar salad, 8oz sirloin with baked potato. Beer is always cold and the margaritas are tasty as well! The atmosphere is a little loud for my liking hence the 4 stars.

A great experience, delicious food and excellent service. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays but the birthday kids didn’t want a huge deal made with the saddle and singing. Still our server brought them each a birthday ice cream sundae. It was a sweet surprise!

The customer service is routinely second-to-none. I’ve never had less than a perfect experience there. The management visited our table just to check in and recommended a good way to reheat our leftover appetizers without burning them. The staff was always patient, enthusiastic, and seemed to have an uncanny ability to sense exactly when my wife and I needed a refill on our drinks. The food was excellent as always. Salad is always great. My son had a sirloin that was undercooked and tough. I said something to the waitress, she offered a new one, declined as we didnt want to wait. He didnt even eat half of it, never offered anything off the bill. I thought it was inhumane to make you wait outside in your car when its -6° outside and parking is not close. Definitely rethinking going there again.

Brooke was awesome. She took care of us and made sure we were comfortable. Food was good as always. Didn’t know Walmart stocks the roadhouse butter! Thanks to Brooke I am now armed with this info. Oh and the deviled eggs were awesome $8 for 6 is a deal tbh.
