Tried Hotline Burger and honestly… this one surprised me in a really good way.
The burger was delicious — juicy patty, melted cheese, crunchy pickles, and that sauce just hits. Everything tasted fresh and well put together, not sloppy, not dry. You can tell they actually care about how the burger comes out.
Ordering was super easy too. You just scan the QR code, place your order on your phone, and I was able to pay with Apple Pay without any hassle. No waiting in line, no awkward counter interaction — smooth and fast.
Best part? The food was ready in about 5 minutes. That’s fast, especially for a burger this good.
Definitely coming back. If you like straightforward, well-executed burgers with an easy ordering process, Hotline Burger is worth it.

Top notch! Burgers are great, tried both original and bbq. Soft sturdy buns, smashed tender delicious meat, and great tangy mayo smash sauce. Fries are crispy! Beats mcd fries 100%. Service on both visits is great! Catered to my needs asking for napkins, ketchup, or anything else.

Very good burgers in Chinatown. Stopped by after Hotline has been showing up in my Google searches the past few weeks, and wanted something different from fast food burgers close by. I was not disappointed!
Got the patty melt and modded it with a 3rd patty, bacon and jalapeños. It was exactly what I was looking for!!! Enjoyed it on the patio – was a good time.

I’ve been here about 8–10 times, and the food has been fresh every single visit. They cook everything to order, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend getting their hotline burger, Bbq burger or the jalapeno burger.

Hotline Burger is the real deal! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The Classic and Hotline Burgers are my go-tos, and the crispy fries — Perfect. Prices are great for the quality, too. The Bellair location is fun to sit outside the pink building, and the Eldridge spot has a cool indoor vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Food: I’m biased. I love smash burgers and search them out in every city I visit. This is some of the best. I’ll be back every time I’m in Houston. Good freaking job! The Garlic Parmesan Fries were also very good. Didn’t skip on them!
Service: the girl who took my order was so nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.
Atmosphere: this location is out door seating only. So, that’s good or bad depending on the weather. But I like the building and the design!

If you like smashburgers, you will love Hotline Burger! Juicy, with perfectly crispy edges. We got the BBQ burger and Hotline burger, and they were delicious. The sauce and seasonings are unique, and they have the big thick cut pickles. The food is hot and tasty, the fries are flavorful and super crispy, and the service was friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

First time trying this place out, food good but I feel like it was definitely over priced. Drive thru window was closed in the cold weather, and you have to order by QR code. The burgers were pretty small even for a smash burger, cherry on top was that they give canned cokes instead of fountain drinks?? The only saving grace would be the flavor but honestly at that point it would probably be better to go to Whataburger or somewhere else for flavor AND value. Was really looking forward to trying this place after moving to the area for a few months, but its probably just not our cup of tea.
