I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru behind another car that was at the window. There was a line of cars behind me and we all had to back out of the drive thru and go inside to get our order. When I got in there it had been 25 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. I told them I waited that long and one guy asked my name and went and got my order that had been sitting at the window with no employee there. Another girl was standing there doing nothing and rolled her eyes and smirked at me while I was waiting for the guy to get my order. Got home and my food was cold from being sitting at the window so long. This is unacceptable customer service!!!!! The employees that work there obviously do not have any standards for customer service.

I live right in between uniontown and Morgantown. I used to go to the Morgantown one all the time because I kept hearing bad things about this one. Well I would encourage everyone to ignore any bad rumors and see it for yourself. The whole staff was just so kind to me. From the time I walked in to when I checked out, they were all incredibly kind. They made my food exactly how I wanted it, without any pushback. Every time I’d ask for something in the Morgantown one, I was made to feel like it was a hassle. I’ve gone back to the uniontown one 3 separate times now and my experience has been top notch every single time. At this point, even if I were already in Morgantown, I’d probably still drive to this one just because of the difference in service. I’ve bartended. Waited tables. All of it. So I don’t expect everything to be perfect every single time. But that hasn’t stopped me from experiencing it at this location.

They were out of chips at 4pm. No forks were available. The peppers and onions were uncooked. The lettuce was yellow and the chicken was chewy. The tables to eat inside were dirty. Very disappointed.

Waitress had poor attitude when ordering. Not very polite at all. Seemed like she hated her job. Every table was messy, had to clean it myself. Garbage was so full I could not properly throw away my trash.

My bowl was half as full as they used to be. They were entirely out of chicken. In fact, most of the containers were nearly empty as I made my order, so everything was scraped off the bottom. The corn was even frozen in the pan, not that the rest of my meal was even remotely warm. The kid who helped me didn’t speak above a whisper and couldn’t wait to get me out the door. The kitchen area was filthy, there was bits of food all over the place. I used to really like Chipotle, but this will be the last time I ever waste my money on it.

This is the absolute WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant and I am never one to write reviews or be upset with service and food at a restaurant, however, this particular location is AWFUL. Multiple times I have been there and had to wait over 30 mins, which I can understand sometimes when it’s busy, but there were barely any people in the restaurant. The portions are so small and it is never correct. Today was my last straw when I ordered on my app, which I do all the time and never have any issues with my food being ready on time, I picked a pickup time of 5:20 and ordered right before 5pm. I didn’t even get to the restaurant until 5:40 because I was running behind. My order was not even being prepared yet. By 6pm it still was not being prepared and the Chipotlane line was wrapped around the building. 40 mins after my pickup time and my order was not even being prepared. I requested a cancellation and refund of my order and went over to the Chick Fil A and had my food in 5 minutes. I will NEVER be going back to this location ever again.

My real review is 0 stars, this place is a mess. They mess up the order every time, give the smallest portions you will ever see and the customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time, go anywhere else.
