We love this place and commonly buy from the catering order for our church group. Everyone loves the food. Prices are still reasonable. The sauces are amazing. Before we became residents we would always have to stop at least once at Pollo Tropical because you can’t get this kind of food up north. Delicious. Fairly faithful to ethnic tradition.

Shut this location down ASAP!! Your employees are rude and the food is burnt , soggy old and terrible . With very low quantities ! You should do better . The food should be cooked with love. Nobody cares ! All these food chains are horrible My five year niece can prepare a better meal!! Shame on you all‼️‼️‼️ I’m reporting this location‼️‼️

I had a wonderful experience with this Pollo Tropical restaurant, My family took me to this restaurant for dinner so I can get my hungry mess over, The wait time was perfectly 5 or 4 minutes but nothing to worry about that lol. But the employees were friendly aswell! The dinner I ordered, Was black beans and rice. And it was extremely delicious for me! It made me eat more for 2 times at my table.
Mind for myself, I’m gonna visit this place again!
Thank you Pollo Tropical!

The last three times I’ve ordered from this location something has been wrong. I said three times that I wanted the beans on the side. I don’t eat beans but get them on the side for my husband so my meal was ruined by that. It was 50% rice 50% beans
Ask for brown rice twice and got white rice. Asked for raw onions which has always been part of their sauce list and was told they don’t have it. A. You have to have raw onion to make sautéed onion b. The app still lists raw onion even with the new menu changes. I’ve gone to this location for years and years but I will not go back and waste money on wrong food

RUDE EMPLOYEES I went there on Jan 3rd at 4pm and ordered tostones with beef and they gave me 3 tostones with a little tiny bit of meat and a load of peppers, I mean it was ridiculous .I always order this platter and never had that issue, I tell the manager that’s there a short blonde girl that has the worst attitude and she brings me a spoon to show me how much is supposed to be on it, she was quick to argue, instead of making things right as they didn’t put the correct amount as I always order this item instead of remaking it the right away she was happy to return my money so I went to another location where they made it the right way! It was further but worth it, the employees at this location are the worst

They close at 12. Got there before 11 and they were already closing. Ordered from what little they had available and ended up getting sick in the way home. The portions they tried to pawn off on us were aweful. If you close at 12, serve GOOD until 12. If you want to close at 11, then close at 11. Huge dissapointment.

The food is always good . It gets pretty busy so sometimes things get missed . Check your order before leaving. But the food is always excellent

This is the worst Pollo Tropical I have ever been to. I ordered a steak bowl and got four thin little slices of steak, and they taste like crap garbage. Had to throw my entire bowl out. This is what u will get if you order the steak bowl. Not only is the amount that you get a joke, but the food was disgusting! What in the hell???

visited this Pollo Tropical specifically for rice, beans, and chicken the basics of what the restaurant is known for. Shockingly, they were out of beans and out of chicken. At that point, there’s no reason for a customer to stay, because the main items simply weren’t available.
When I asked the manager if they could offer a courtesy discount since we weren’t able to order what we actually came for, the response was dismissive. No apology, no accommodation, nothing.
It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to run out of its core menu items and still expect customers to pay full price. The customer service was just as disappointing as the experience.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves, need to train Yadelis on customer service skills, not even an apology, need to revisit inventory and service moving forward.
