Horrible experience. The place was a filthy mess and the workers were standing around doing nothing . Despite having placed a mobile order 20 minutes prior to arriving, I still had to wait for my very simple orders of fries only for over 15 minutes. Incompetence is an understatement.

Went through the drive thur tonight.. ordered a quarter pounder dress like a big mac.. Get home what did I get a regular quarter pound normal..so I called they answered and kept hanging up on me.. Wow This location is absolutely horrible. CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE..Not the first time they screwed up our order.. Every damn time.. This is why we quit going for so long.. Give it another try.. The employee do not give a shit..

I placed an order through the app before 10 PM, which was accepted and processed. However, upon arriving at the drive thru, I was told this location does not accept online orders. The staff refused to honor the app exclusive promo and insisted I reorder at full price. This defeats the purpose of the mobile app. Other locations handle this seamlessly and this specific location needs to sync their system or train staff on mobile order fulfillment.

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered DoorDash because it’s freezing half my order was missing after I opened the bag. Couldn’t get ahold of DoorDash so tried calling to see if the bag was accidentally left there. Twenty minutes later no answer so I drive there just to ask to get the missing items or have it remade or something the manager heard DoorDash and immediately stopped caring and said you gotta call DoorDash acting like I’m an inconvenience! You customer courtesy no giving a damn nothing! Not even an I’m sorry. So I had to again pay for the half of the meal I didn’t get and the other half was ice cold by the time it was all said and done. Idk if the restaurant messed up or the dasher didn’t grab all the bags but between not answering and the manager not caring it’s obvious customer service doesn’t matter at this place!

Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had!!!! Everyone who came in and ordered, Got their order wrong! Including myself. Multiple people came back to complain while I waited for my meal. No one behind the register wanted to help… In any way. I won’t be back.

I have lived by this mcd for almost 10 years and they have not gotten better the whole time. Staff is rude and look high half the time and the drive thru takes at least 30min to an hour each visit. I drive out of my way to a further mcd if I am craving it. No I don’t want the owner to send me a link to do more. Just hire good workers that can get an order right….

Should have given this place a 0 star if available, but right when we are about to finish ordering, the staff completely gets rid of our orders, so we have to go pull up to order instead. When I saw the employee, the employee look at us with eyes barely open, I maybe thought she might be on to something. No wonder why we have long lines at the drive thru. She told us why did I pull up just to order, which you are allowed to do so when you have impaired speech or if they couldn’t understand of what you are saying. Then, we decided to go to different Mcdonalds as we cannot wait so long. Rude employees, be careful when you go to the drive thru.

The staff are so focused on screens they don’t care about the front line. If you need help in the dining room you will probably get an answer faster if you call the store than stand at the counter.
