First time at this place, not busy, hostess was nice and they have a huge salad bar. Ordered our food which the smash burger was awesome. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. Ordered the large relaxer with an extra shot, asked if titos could be switched out and if not just keep with the absolute vodka. This was the bill for that relaxer! Nothing relaxing about that! 28.75 later wow! I told the waitress there must be a mistake and was told that was how they charge! Will not be going back here ever!

Melissa was the server for our annual dinner. We had around 20 people. Melissa handled our table with absolute perfection. Everyones food came out at the same time and she got it all in order exactly to how we were all seated. Her customer service skills were gold. Service of this kind is hard to come by and was frankly surprised to see it at a Ruby Tuesdays. I hope this business and management realize what a fantastic employee they have with her. The food was pretty good too! Thanks!

This was my first visit to this Ruby Tuesday. I was part of a party, celebrating a successful hunting season from the Cumberland County Artemis Sportswomen group. The waitress Melissa did a phenomenal job with our party of 20. She was nice, professional, friendly and kept all of our drinks full the entire time. She was so great that we tried talking her into coming a joining us at one of our upcoming events. I will happily come back to this location in the future. The food came out all at the same time and it was delicious. Our entire group was impressed with our dining experience. Melissa took a group photo of us too.

My server Stephanie was amazing. She provided my daughter and I great service. I ordered 6oz sirloin and a baked potato. My daughter ordered chicken carbonara. I always ask to sit in her section because she knows what I like and how I want my food prepared. Stephanie also mentioned dessert which I couldn’t pass up. I ordered a cookie skillet.

My girlfriend ordered Cajun chicken pasta, i had the T-bone and broccoli and cheese soup. I ordered my steak 1 minute above blue rare, which is a tough steak to cook. When it came out, the waitress said “the cook, George, said he did his best, and hopes it’s okay”. I cut into it, and it was a perfect reddish purple, classic blue rare, nailed perfectly. The waitress, Isabelle was extremely attentive, kind, and friendly. The manager, Bree was friendly and extremely helpful. All in all, an incredible experience. If you are ever in the Crossville area, please check this restaurant out. You wont be disappointed.

I dined in with my kiddos and enjoyed everyone of the staff and the food. From the appetizer to the dessert my kids and I were well impressed as well as took care of. The waitress was extremely attentive as well as pleasant! Everyone of the staff were so nice and kind to us. The entire crew was more than helpful and happy to do so! The managers were out and about checking in on tables and making sure that everyone was happy with their experience! We will most definitely be back again!! My waitress was Ella and the bartender Matthew was wonderful! The drinks came out diligently! Emily was a waitress that day and she was just as helpful as if we were her table!! Thank you guys!!

Wonderful staff they are all very helpful and pleasant. Love the ribs, the hickory bourbon sauce is the best! Emily was a fantastic server she took great care of me and I noticed she had a couple of people there just to see her. The girls that manage are all sweet every time we’re in. I feel bad they’re open on Christmas this year though.

Stacey was supposed to be our server, she had 6 tables 4 had food and drinks, 1 had just drinks and then us. after 10 minutes she said im sorry yall are next and we said that is fine and waited, after 15 more minutes and watching her walk around consistently checking other tables and not even asked us for our drinks we had enough and decided to leave. It wouldn’t have been so bad but it was on valentines day and we dont get to get out much and to make it worse she seen we were getting up to leave and rushed over asking what we would like to drink, so I replied nothing from here we are going else where
