I don’t really do McDonalds as fast food messes with me, but I had just drove 4 hours and needed a quick meal. I won’t put that on these workers.
This may have been the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in (although I did not go to the bathroom). The eating area was great and the food came out fast. They were all very nice, offered to get me condiments, and even came back a second time to offer to refill my drink. I wasn’t expecting the extra mile kindness, much less the extra mile service. I didn’t feel like I was in a fast food place at all. There were also workers sitting down either in break or getting off/on and they were properly dressed, well kept, and were kind and quiet as well. They had a steady flow of people come in while I was there and maintained the great atmosphere. If I had the time to come back, I bet you there ice cream machine wouldn’t even be down.

There’s nothing worst they a bunch of young ladies wanting a pay check but don’t want to work for it. The young ladies at this location is beyond. . Let me stop and just say surely location get a lot of complaints . Food horrible ask for light sauce they put heavy sauce, no lettuce. Guess they were being funny. $45 and food was crap.

The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve EVER encountered! Staff is kids playing and constantly not caring for the service of customers. I always spend 10+ minutes in line and to even place order is long! Today I went and no one was in line. I drove up to place my order and no one came across the speaker so I said “hello” after waiting about 2 minutes. The worker came back and said “hold one minute ma’am” and NEVER came back! The constant wait time is RIDICULOUS and I will leave and go elsewhere because the customer service and wait time is HORRIBLE! PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF HAVING BE THE ONLY MCDONALDS ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN, FIX IT!!!!

If I ask you for an ice cream cone( that is what I want) not your employee holding the cone leaning it toward a cup! I pull off and left the ice cream and everything! Wasted my money that I ask for back and they was trying to give me a melted nasty looking ice cream! I’m disgusted and very mad

We had to wait a little longer because a worker was helping another worker which I respect. The service was good from the second door greeting me with positive energy this morning but my grandma had peppermint moca coffee but it wasn’t hot enough tho but it’s okay. I hope that the young lady from the second window this morning has a good new year

They were very nice in the drive through but gave me this burnt bread old fish filet. I didn’t see this until I got home. We checked the bag to see if the food was in the bag not what it looked like. Would they feed this to their mama?

Had a bad experience almost every time I go here so I quit going they refuse to give me a receipt then the fries tasted like yesterday they were cooked I’m sure the owner doesn’t care so I hope everyone stops going until these McDonald’s improves like they were in the 80s and 90s

I was asked to pull into a specific parking spot while no one was ahead of me. I complied, waited about ten minutes for my order. Opened my box to find only one pattie on the big Mac. I opened the second one to find it the same way. Of course, I didn’t eat them. I tried the remainder of the night and next day to reach someone but apparently the number doesn’t work. This was unacceptable and I will NEVER visit this location again.

Awful! Went inside due to drive thru line was long. Ordered at the kiosk. Took 11 minutes to get my order. Ordered a quarter pounder, small fry and a large diet Coke. Had to wait to get my cup. No ice at the machine. Had to wait for them to get a bucket of ice. Went to get the drink and unknown to me the diet Coke nozzle was missing and I get sprayed down from the discharge. Ate in the truck and ended up with a double quarter pound burger. Good thing as the burgers were burnt, so I picked the better of the two. No luck. Dried out and no flavor, no ketchup either. The bun was chewy. Fries were saggy. Diet Coke was good as I needed it to wash down the burger. This was an $8.08 meal. What a disaster. Never again. Can’t complain as it won’t change anything. Bad service is now the norm, but usually not the food. Another shift in the dynamics.
