I picked up a to-go order. The food was hot and ready on-time. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food we got, especially for the price. We got 2 meals Everything for $25. Everything was made perfectly and full of flavor. We will definitely be back.

Ordered wings online for carry out about an hour ago. Said they would be ready in 17 min. Got a text FOUR minutes later saying our order was ready. I knew immediately these were not made fresh. We got 2 kinds and they threw them all in the same box too. Couldn’t tell them apart. Sad part is I am a server so I tipped. Luckily I’m only a cpl min drive. But they were ice cold when I got home with them just a few minutes later. I won’t be spending my hard earned money here again. Sad part is, it was good chicken and good flavor. But why would you pre-make them at 4:50 on a sunday when football is over? As a server, I know for a fact these were not made fresh, sauced, and packed it 4 mintes!!!!

It was quiet which is perfect for me to be honest, server was really nice and patient, food was mid. I got the Triple Dipper with the Sliders, Nashville hot chicken crispers and the Nashville hot Mozzarella sticks and the chicken and mozzarella sticks were lukewarm… like what? The seasoning on the chicken and mozzarella sticks were so gritty and they weren’t even crispy, I could’ve gone to sonic and gotten better food. The burgers are good though, I recommend the Bug Smasher Burger, it tastes like In-N-Out.

Rude Manager and If you don’t live close enough to go back when they forget stuff, stay away, not worth ruining a meal with family. Plus used my free reward and the manager only wants to give me a refund on the chips. What about the meal that now is not what you wanted and already getting cold because you have to take time to call them and of course wait on hold for awhile 1st. Also would like to add..what if it wasn’t “just” chips/salsa they forgot. Not the 1st time they have forgotten something. At least could have acted like it mattered instead of a i don’t care attitude.

Alright, first off. Our server was outstanding, attentive, and super polite (especially to my kids). The restaurant was clean and well-kept. But most of all, the 3 For Me Lunch special is AFFORDABLE at $10.99! Wendy’s is right next door, and we got twice as much food for less money at Chili’s by ordering off the 3 For Me menu. How is this possible in this economy?? WELL DONE CHILI’S! Hopefully, they keep this it like this….it can only bring more business in.

Editing this review to include today’s experience at this restaurant. We’ve been back several times since my initial review, but today was not so good.
Firstly, our server was spectacular, she really was sweet and understanding and none of the negative lies on her.
After she took our order, and we waited for a bit, she came back to inform us that the chicken we had ordered was all frozen and that we would have to wait 30+ minutes if we wanted it.
My daughter has a red meat allergy, so we couldn’t just order something different, it had to be chicken. So we managed to get through it and get something that would work.
Our server was kind enough to tell us she would see about maybe comping something on the bill since we had to wait and had to readjust accordingly.
She came back after the meal and informed us that her manager said there would be no adjustment or comp.
At the very least, management should have come out and told us that themselves and apologized for the confusion and for not informing their servers before service started. Servers should know if things are not available beforehand. I blame management for this poor service today, and this restaurant needs to retrain their management staff and take more accountability as leaders.
The food was still great, and the value was excellent. But this customer service interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I was not happy with this management team.

Darian our bartender/server was great. When we first arrived, business was slow, all of a sudden it picked up and she managed to take care of everything that was put in front of her. She is definitely a hustler and it got so busy her manager Blaise, helped also. A great atmosphere and everyone worked together to make things work. Awesome place, food and people.

The baby back ribs were really good. Chicken salad was ok. Server brought drinks to other people that arrived after us before she brought ours out.
Changing my review to 5 stars. Service today was excellent. Had salads and chicken wings.
Last 2 times I went here the service wasn’t good. Went back today and we were the first ones in to be seated. Our server didn’t come out right away. All tables except mine and the 2 next to me were all waited on and had drinks. Our server finally took our drink orders along with the other 2 table next to me. Our server took another 5 minutes to bring the drinks and then he went to another table to take an order. At that point, I decided to leave. I will not be back to this location.

Service was good but our waitress was in training by a gentleman with a bad leg/limp & after paying for our bill I left a cash tip on the table for our waitress & the gentleman asked if we needed change & I replied no thank u. He then picked up the tip & put it straight in his right front pocket. I promised my wife not to mention it to him the tip was for the trainee so we left without incident. It was a 32% tip & I’m certain she never seen a dime & it was wrong for me not to say anything.
