Combo B i believe is what I got. It’s like $9.99! You automatically get noodles & rice. Here I have the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. However, on a normal day I only get combo A which is $7.99! You get noodles, rice, and 1 entree. My favorite entree is the orange chicken. The fried chicken here is amazing as well and has a little kick to it. 10/10 recommend.

Check your food before leaving. I made the mistake to not check mine on 8/24 and had mold on their bread. I purchased a family meal and was eating til I seen the mold too late. Messed up my stomach and my little brother.

I am writing this as a long-time, loyal customer of Hong Express. This is a great spot offering a unique and delicious combination of classic Chinese takeout dishes alongside fantastic Louisiana-style Fried Chicken. The flavors are consistently good, and that’s why I’ve been coming back for years.
However, I’m extremely disappointed with the current state of the portion sizes and service.
The previous staff—the wonderful ladies who worked the counter—were amazing. They knew exactly how to serve a plate; the portions were generous, and the value was superb.
Recently, there seems to have been a staff change, and now there are some younger guys working. While the food is still good, the portions are shockingly small. It now feels like their college tuition fund depends on whether or not they give you an extra scoop of rice or a third piece of chicken! They are actively skimping.
The great portions used to be what made this place truly stand out.
To the management: Please review your staffing and training. You need to bring back the generosity and service standard of the previous staff. I’d love to return, but until the previous value is restored, I can’t justify the cost for these noticeably smaller plates.

Good chicken. Made fresh as ordered. Location doesn’t offer cold slaw so had to settle for a store brand close by to satisfy my craving. Would recommend for chicken and fries. Have never tried anything else here (the Chinese food is often ordered by most customers whenever I visit this location).

Eh sometimes they give good food out . Don’t get your food last minute because it will not taste that great. It’d be better to get your food early afternoon maybe morning . But, definitely not about when they close or an hour before. They stop making food like around 7ish since they close at 8. So if you want leftovers head over there around 8
