I wish your store could get simple orders correct. I’m paying why can’t it be correct. Lettuce ,toasted … very simple requests. It’s on the receipt for the order but never correct in the box. And toasted does not mean burned I’m tired of it!

I took my mom here for lunch about a month ago. It had a nice atmosphere and we had good a lunch, overall (although I ate cookies instead of my sandwich). The decor was nice and the iced sugar cookies were delicious. My mom enjoyed her food more than I did. She had a regular chicken salad sandwich. I would not recommend the spicy sandwich meal, which I had, because it was too spicy and way too salty.

Manager on duty was rude and was not too concerned about my issue. He was more concerned about ending the conversation than addressing my concern. Even when bringing it to his attention he still was not concerned. If the owner wants more details I will be happy to share.

Okay I’ve had it. DONT GET PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION. So when they are lazy, you can confront them inside. The only reason I didn’t go in today was because I have my toddler in the back seat. I was craving CSC so much, but every time, I have to deal with the gen z workers forgetting my items OR GIVING ME HALF A CUP OF COKE? What’s that about? The first time I got pick up, my husband went to get it, and they forgot my sprite and side of fruit. I called and they said I could come get new ones anytime and I thought that was cool whatever. Tonight, I ordered a chicken salad melt with NO CHEESE, but they put cheese on it anyway because they are too busy talking in there, I’m sure. Every time I go, it’s dead. Then I paid the extra $2 for extra toppings on my grape salad, and I didn’t get it. Then they almost forgot my coke, and she only filled it halfway. Like WHAT?! I drove home so angry. Im also peeved that when I pulled up to the window, no one came for a few minutes. It was so dead. Then when the girl opened the window she looked annoyed and was like um yes?

Walking in the atmosphere was very nice and inviting. The staff definitely helped answer any questions and were very nice. The food was very very good. I’ve had chicken salad from various different places but this reminded me of how my momma makes it. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family for a nice lunch.

Got carryout and I would definitely reorder food here anytime. I got basic chicken salad which was so very good, my sandwich had very generous amount of chicken salad. However my broccoli salad…omg it was amazing. I would return just to get that.
