Don’t let the google star rating steer you away. This place is great! We ordered lattes, a muffin and a breakfast sandwich. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. The coffee was prepared quickly and correctly. The food does take a minute to be ready… but that’s because this isn’t drive through level food. There was an option to order ahead and pick up through door dash at no charge. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. As a side note, a brief look into the existing Google reviews will reveal the majority of negative reviews are from people from NYC complaining about the bagel quality and a bunch of spoiled Karen’s who don’t like to wait. Definitely give this place a try.

My dad came into town for a visit wanted to go to a coffee shop that was pet friendly and could sit and chat for a few before he got on the road. Googled and this place came up, was within walking distance for me so I didnt have to drive and could just meet up with them. Looked at menu and saw a Salted Caramel Mocha Ice coffee. And I just needed to try. Well now its been months and I just got back and get the same thing and its just amazing.! I would rather go here then get a coffee somewhere else. The coffee always tastes fresh. Ive never been disappointed.
What made the coffee amazing was the added cold foam. My favorite thing ti add to a coffee.!
Atmosphere is cozy, quite, friendly, plenty of room to sit and not be on top of others. There’s a area for reading, they have a puzzle people can put together.
Service was on point each and every time.! Love their service.

This cute coffee shop right next to the lake( not ‘ on the lake’) is really pretty in the winter time.
We had some coffee and hot chocolate on a biting winter day, when you really appreciate looking out from their comfy swing seat. Food options can probably be more. The staff were very friendly

What a fantastic place! The staff provided service with a smile and were as quick as they could be in preparing both food and drinks. The drinks were delicious and having Gluten Free options is a bonus for my wife. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. Living room type area, board games, books, etc. Local artwork and merchandise is available for purchase too. They also have an option for you to “pay it forward” by purchasing a card/coupon for anyone to use for whatever item you’d like to buy them. I included many pictures, including some of the menu, so you can get a better idea about this place. Yes, I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Stayed locally with a friend for the weekend and wanted a good coffee. After looking at the offerings close-by, we settled on Identity. What a great place!! The staff was pleasant and talkative, our coffees were expertly prepared and our food was delicious (a muffin and the I.D. Breakfast Sandwich). This is a great spot with atmosphere, geared to toward the unpretentious coffee lover. You may have to wait a few minutes for food and drink, but it’s MADE for you, not assembled in a factory, pulled out of a to-go case and reheated like many of the triple priced breakfasts I’ve had the displeasure of attempting to consume in major cities like NYC. Great job, Identity!!

We had a great experience at this cute coffee shop. I got a pour over coffee and my wife got a salted caramel mocha. Both were delicious! My wife also tried their gluten free scone that was also very good. They also have puzzles and games for adults and an area with toys for kids. 5 stars all around.

Nice cafe, limited menu items, within a walk of the docks. Lots of seating, wifi, a/c and cool vibe. Avacado toast was just a spread with nothing else… Breakfast sandwiches were yummy, lots of iced coffee options. Eat in or take out. Views of Meredith Bay

We very much enjoyed Identity Coffee Co. I ordered a cortado and my wife ordered a cappuccino. They were both made to perfection. Surprisingly many coffee shops don’t get those right. But at Identity Coffee they nailed it. Staff were pleasant. It was clean. The seating area is spacious and open. We will totally go again when there. It’s also conveniently placed on the main street going through Meredith.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place considering some other poor reviews! The matcha latte with sugar free vanilla syrup and almond milk was fantastic, can tell by taste that they use a good quality matcha.
Almost didn’t go bc of the poor reviews but they were the only place in town still open. So glad we did! Vibe is cute, lots of games and puzzles available to play. Enjoyed the matcha so much that we stopped in again on our way home from a weekend trip
