I’ve never been to a SLOWER Chick-Fil-A in my entire life. I thought they were back there having to catch and kill the chickens for the amount of time I was in the MOBILE drive through line. For people taking the time and consistent users, drive through in general is and should be priority. I knew when I seen the like I should’ve backed up… 0/5.

I visited the Chick‑fil‑A in Brandon and received mac and cheese that was completely burnt. When I brought it to the manager, Asia, she told me “they are all like that.” I have never seen the mac and cheese served in this condition at this location before. It was unacceptable, and there was no concern shown about the quality of the food or the fact that it was still being served at nearly $5.00. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope the store will take steps to improve food quality and customer care.

This was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. My family I went to the Chick-fil-A one random to the evening and we found ourselves in the cleanest Chick-fil-A with the best service. Everything was fantastic. On top of that, we were surprised with the Chick-fil-A mascot and presents being handed out to kids. It was just an overall great experience – the Chick-fil-A should be highlighted.

This may be one of the slowest chick fil a s I’ve ever been too, it’s like this every time we go no matter the day or time. There is no point in using mobile thru because it doesn’t get your food any quicker than the normal line, we were actually passed by multiple people in the regular line. We waited over 20 minutes for three items, and when we got to the window it still wasn’t ready and we had to pull forward. I’m not sure who runs this location but they need to work on this because it’s consistently an issue. If you don’t have 30 minutes to wait in a drive thru go literally anywhere else

This assessment is based on the Veterans Day event. While some of the Chick Fil As did not participate in the promotional, this one did. However, there was some confusion on what the promotion entailed. I got what they thought it was supposed to be and paid but really didn’t want to give it back or make a scene. Just hoping that some better coordination develops for such events. Ao there is no misunderstanding, I am grateful for the courtesy and respect this restaurant provided.

I’ve given this place too many chances but my kids love their chicken for some reason. Never had great service here! BUT THIS TIME I’m at the counter ordering, had put everyone but mine in. All young kids working & 1 of them decided it was bright idea to pour a bucket of tea into the pitcher. Went all down my left side, on my brand new $130 shoes, in my wallet, & in my purse. Needless to say… NEVER AGAIN! I hope yall get either ppl with a brain or close down! Now I’m hangry!

The food and service is usually pretty good here. But lately I’ve been noticing some issues with this restaurant. They have given us the wrong food multiple times. We’ve had missing sauces multiple times. And lately when I go get breakfast, my coffee is cold or lukewarm which has happened multiple times including this morning. I haven’t seen these issues with the flowood one.

They should remove the poles it’s very inconvenient for me especially having a disability as to where I end up hitting poles and losing my confidence in driving. Many people are faced with this issue and it’s astonishing to me how many bright yellow poles there are, not even visible enough for my disability. Thank you

As is true with most Chick-fil- a stores, the service and food are great. My family always enjoys this food and could eat it most anytime. I tried the new honey pepper chicken sandwich and was very pleased with the flavor.
