The food at this location is superb. My wife and I attended this location on Valentine’s Day. We were seated quickly and met by very warm and courteous staff. Our waitress, Morgan was so easy going and patient. We loved that she not only gave us time to order, but she also made recommendations of dishes and sauce combinations as per our order. My wife and I ordered the chicken sandwich, and triple smash burger with fries, and had the chicken wings as appetizers. One word to describe these dishes is scrumptious!!! The chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich we’ve had in the Hudson Valley! The triple smash burger was juicy, and melted in our mouths! We plan to return to this location to try the BAO buns, and Brisket Grilled Chesse sandwich. I ordered the pomegranate ginger beer and was very happy with the my drink. This place is a must for anyone looking for smoked barbecue or a delicious burger and chicken sandwich.

Everything you want in a whiskey bar and then some. What’s to say, warm wooden interior gets the whiskey vibe going. Pin-up vintage style posters rock the walls. Weekly specials that are great. Normally I’d recommend a dish but I recommend them all. I’ve never been disappointed here.

We were in new York for pleasure and decided to go out. We found Beast wow!!! Loved the place my wife got the pulled pork sandwich and I got the smoked Peruvian chicken. We both loved our choices. In addition to the great food the Beast restaurant offers a great selection of bourbons. Highly recommend this place.

First of all, if you do not want to eat and drink with heavy metal music BLASTING, do not go here. It’s obnoxiously loud. Conversation was next to impossible. What are they thinking? It was 5pm on a Thursday SMH! Anyway, we decided to start with the ribs. People have told us that they’re really good there. They were the driest toughest ribs that we’ve ever had. The bartender was on her phone at the other end of the bar and never once looked over or heaven forbid actually walked over to see how we were doing. I was hoping to ask for a steak knife to try and hack these ribs up, but nope, she never came back. We did not bother trying to order any other food or drinks. We just finished our drinks, got the check and got out of there. We walked across the street and had a great meal at the bar with friendly, attentive service.

Went to check out this new BBQ place in Fishkill. Definitely worth the ride from Brooklyn. I travel a lot and this was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Staff was amazing and the coffee drinks were to die for. And they have the fluffiest waffles! Can’t wait to come back and try even more things on the menu.

First time visit! Great little place. My server Morgan was attentive and friendly. They have over 300 types of bourbons and a Bourbon Bible which is amazing (went with Macallan). I had the bao buns (no chiles), which were delicious. The vibe was really nice, the place was buzzing but not overly loud or anything, especially for being a smaller space. There are several seats at the bar and a decent amount of tables. I took the pork belly sandwich (no carrots or chiles) and curly fries to go to share with a friend. It was actually really good. I’m not sure what category of food to put this place in because there are Vietnamese dishes, BBQ, burgers, and Spanish food; it’s a nice mix. I would recommend trying it out.

We stopped here for dinner cause we were craving ribs. We sat outside (bring bug spray) and we were surprised to hear about dollar wings! We ordered beast dry rub wings, plain wings, and beast BBQ sauce and they were all delicious. We ordered a full rack of ribs to share. They were fantastic! The meat fell right off the bone. I highly recommend getting these!
