Me and my boyfriend ordered DoorDash and they forgot to make one of our sandwiches which is completely fine because I used to work fast food and I know how easy it is to make mistakes or forget items. I called them and they remade our entire meal for free and gave us a gift card and the guy I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind! Truly amazing and made me and my boyfriend very happy and full belly!

First they messed up my sandwich, I ordered a BEC biscuit and they gave me a CEC biscuit so I go back inside and get a new one. Then I started driving home and realized they forgot my chocolate milk. Then I was eating my hashbrowns when I got home and there was a hair in one of them. So frustrating.

Today, Wednesday evening I decided to pop into chick fil a for a quick snack (large fry). The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. Much to my surprise, inside was just as busy. However, a young lady working front of the house named Isabelle managed the crown effortlessly. She greeted each customer with a warm smile, apologized for the wait, and still made time to walk the dining room to check on other guests. Her ability to handle the situation under such pressure and still do her job at such a high level was outstanding. Too many customers come on here to complain, but I wanted to give her and the evening shift from Wednesday January 21st at 7:00pm their kudos; especially Isabelle. Well done! They each played their role like it really was “their pleasure” not just a tagline.

While ordering I told the associate I would pay for avocado lime ranch after he told me it was an up charge. When I check my bag there’s no avocado lime ranch. After going back and forth with the associates they ask if we’re willing for pay for it even though it’s on my receipt and I thought I paid for it. The associate told me they put the ranch in the bag then took it out when they saw I didn’t order a salad. Who cares that I didn’t order a salad? I was willing to pay for it until she said they took it out when they saw my order. Absolutely ridiculous that I didn’t end up getting the lime ranch. Corporate greed is ruining customer service! I think I’m done spending my money at this establishment

Like most Chick-fil-a restaurants the service was great as usual however, I have gotten food poisoning from this particular location twice already, the most recent being yesterday and it is some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced.
It has been 24 hours since eating here and I’m still experiencing symptoms, I’m not sure what happened in the kitchen but, it needs to be looked at. This isn’t normal.

I had the most amazing customer service experience at this Chik Fil A with the young gentleman, Aiden. He was so attentive to my family, we had a large order and we were a little complicated lol. He took his time with us and he had several little jokes along the way that gave us a nice smile and laugh. Run do not walk to this Chick-fil-A! The food was also fresh and tasty ✨

I placed a catering order to be ready at 11:30 AM, but it was not ready until 11:45. I spoke with a woman who appeared to be the manager (she was wearing gray) and informed her that the catering order was 15 minutes late. She did not apologize and simply responded, “Yes.”
No one offered an apology or acknowledgment for the delay, as if a 15-minute wait for a catering order is normal. I’m very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of customer service.

Unfortunately, everytime I come to this chick-fil-a there’s always something wrong. Either there’s a wrong sized fry, or no sauce, or my drink is wrong. The Employees are so kind and so enthusiastic, yet I do not recommend coming to this location. just travel the few extra minutes to the one in the mall or the one on plank road. I stopped complaining on the app because i didn’t want to seem like i was committing any sort of chick-fil-a fraud LOL. But today was just my last straw. I expect this from like mcdonald’s but chick-fil-a is NORMALLY on point.

THIS CHICKFILA STEALS YOUR MONEY! I am absolutely upset right now. I ordered a chickfila sandwhich with american cheese with extra cheese (colby jack), and didn’t the get the extra cheese I PAID FOR and was told I couldn’t be refunded the order or atlea the cheese? They forgot a fork for my mac and cheese which I can’t eat because I was on a lunch break so I didn’t have time to drive back and fix the order. The lady who answered the phone, Anne was rude among other things and hung up on me half way through trying to figure out my order, she then hung up on me AGAIN for a second time when I called back. She then blocked my number. Safe to say I am DISPLEASED. You have now taken money and I didn’t get what I ordered this is rediculous. You’ve now stole my money.
