Amazingly tasty burgers! Fresh ingredients, tasty sauces, great taste! We ordered a lot to try different things and we loved everything. It was way too much. The staff was so kind and helped us choose the best options for us. I am sad I didn’t get the name of the young lady who helped us at the counter, she was patient, kind, and all smiles! We loved it!

Today was my first time trying Shake Shack. The food was warm and delcious. The cheese fries w/ bacon were excellent!!! The burgers were juicy and flavorful. This location was very clean, and well maintained. My daughter had a Vanilla shake either whip cream and malt in it. She enjoyed it very much!! My Coke was perfect with a lot of fizz! We will definitely be back!!!

I can’t say it’s bad, I just didn’t like it, and I think it’s mainly because I was expecting too much. To be honest, they’re very similar to the ones I get at other fast-food chains for half the price. The milkshake wasn’t spectacular either.

Always a great burger at Shake Shack. Terry was amazing and always checked on us when we were eating to see if we needed anything. By far the best service out of any Shake Shack I’ve been to. Was disappointed with the fries as they weren’t as hot and crispy as I’ve had before. A must visit.

Came at 2:30pm on a Sunday. (Not lunch rush at all) and place was slammed. Clearly very poorly ran and managed. All kinds of people standing everywhere with no clear line formed whatsoever. Employees were also plentiful but not helping with managing the crowd. We witnessed multiple people walk in and walk right out due to the state of the place. Too bad, definitely won’t be coming back to this location again. Very disappointing but when you look at the staff it all makes sense…

The food was good and typical as you would expect, but not great! Definitely didn’t define the price they charge. I am satisfied though, but definitely be very wary of the seasoned salt that is put on the fries. It was like cayenne pepper that almost was hot enough to ruin my entire meal. I probably wouldn’t return to this location at least.

This Shake Shack near Millenia was clean, greeted by friendly faces and chill atmosphere. The manager, Kaelan, was quick to help with my order at the counter. Even came to my table to make sure everything came out good. For a quick service kind of place, it felt more of a sit down restaurant. Will be coming back to this location.
