My SO and I dined in. It is a small area, but decent seating. Staff is friendly and sanitary. (Watched the guy cutting meat for my sandwich throw away a piece that fell off the sandwich & onto the cutting board. A++) The food was good.

Oh- they have Stubborn Soda Rootbeer & Agave Cream Soda in fountain drinks and cans.

Will definitely go here again. It is a nice change from the usual fast food places.

Extremely slow service every time . Must have high turnover rate here , they never seem to get the order right. Wife ordered her #13 hot . I was specific, put meat on grill and cheese and make it hot . It came out cold of course. My cheesesteak was served with stale bread that fell apart first bite . People’s sitting next to us had wrong orders as well . Tables were all dirty . I told the check out girl that the ice tea valve was stuck and spilling onto the floor. She just stared at me. It was so weird. If the store doesn’t have any manager or franchise owners on site at least put a camera in so you can see this train wreck of a store in action. Three people working at lunch . That’s crazy and no excuses why your store isn’t properly staffed. Every other casual dining restaurant around figured it out.

My family has been here several times since it opened. Each time we go back hoping things will have gotten better and every time we are incredibly disappointed. Today was probably the worst of the experiences we’ve had. To name some of our experiences: the staff is rarely friendly nor do they welcome customers as they come in. Today we saw about 3 staff members just standing around in the back talking. When we walked in, someone was sweeping and did not welcome us nor did she even look at us. Every time we’ve gone in and asked for extra cheese, we never get it, even if we correct them. I’ve felt like I’ve been the one to train people as they make my food. I get a bowl when I go and today the paper was left in the bowl with the meat and cheese uncut. They had already started building the rest of the bowl before we could say anything and honestly at that point it felt pointless to correct them. The past few times, the unsweet tea and sweet tea were switched, and while this is minor it keeps happening. I understand and recognize that this is a new location with new staff, however as far as I’m aware, it’s usually standard practice to train before opening. It’s almost as if no one has been trained and they were just told to get to work. With all of this said, we will be going back to the New Braunfels location. They are always clean, incredibly friendly and fast. As far as it may be for most of us, in my opinion it’s worth the drive. I don’t mean to be a “Karen” if you will, but it seems that things are not getting better as time goes on and it appears that things are actually getting worse. It’s really unfortunate.

I guess Jersey Mike’s went away from a quick lunch. Slowest line ever. Stood in line for 10 minutes. No one cashed out, no complete orders made.
Employees rolled their eyes and had a sour look on their face everytime a new customer walked in. 5 people in the back – no production. I missed lunch today because of the lack of work ethic and care by the entire restaurant.

2 days before the new Jersey Mikes opens in Seguin, Texas and I see this in the photo. It looks like someone in charge that should be teaching the rest proper work habits, but instead they are teaching them it’s ok to sit on work equipment. That’s very unsanitary, no matter how you look at it. That’s not how to represent the company that trusted you to coordinate things properly and respectfully. SHAME ON YOU! I will definitely NOT be eating here. The ship is slowly sinking before it gets a chance to sail.
