The best tacos I ever had, and that too counting all the best taco places in California. The street tacos here are absolutely fabulous. Each type of meat have their own unique flavors, and the salsas are mind-blowing. Every bite is an explosion of deliciousness. If you are driving by St Georges, tacos here are a must must must.

I was downtown St. George, Utah, and I was looking for a place to eat, so I asked Grok if any restaurants had a Wednesday night special. It listed Angelica‘s Mexican Grill as one that had a good Wednesday special. I was not disappointed. The salsa bar is what really sets this place apart from other Mexican restaurants. Very happy with this place and I will definitely revisit.

I ordered the side of beans and rice, fajita veggies and a tortilla. It was so much food, and SO delicious!! Such a cute patio to enjoy and they were setting up live music for the evening! If you love great Mexican food, this is definitely the place to go!

We love Angelica’s! This is such a great place we try to get there any time we are in or passing through St George. The elote corn and the Angelica Special are some of our favorites, but there is not a bad item on the menu.
They get busy! Be prepared to wait in the line if you are there during a busy time. The food usually comes out quick once you get to the counter to order.
We love the salsa bar. All flavors are great, the hotter varieties do love up to their disclaimer.

COME HERE THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD!!!! My friends and I came here together (hoping for something reasonably priced) and we were NOT disappointed!! The service is so fast, the atmosphere is so cute at night and during the day, and the food is genuinely SO GOOD! The sweep pork tacos are genuinely the best I’ve ever had, the birria is fire, and we’re scheming a time to come back and get a burrito because it looks so good! Ten stars!

Great food. Loved the cafeteria style ordering but the food was even better. I loved the carne asada Fajitas. The birria tacos were great, Angelicas special was well loved and the burritos were excellent. Would go again! (Only got a Pic of the corn)

We ordered the carne asada fajita platter, various street tacos (sweet pork, pollo asada, machaca, and chile verde), and Mexican corn on the cob. Everything was fantastic! The highlight was the Mexican corn, but I crave it and it’s hard to find in Utah. The fajita platter was great, but I was expecting a bunch of small tortillas, not one massive burrito tortilla. I’d love to try the torta or burrito next time. All the meats were excellent, so you can’t go wrong, but the carne asada and pollo asada are standouts. The chile verde is really good but has a really good kick. Also, everything is messy. It’s a great third date place, but not a first or second date spot.

The service is phenomenal and the reason people keep coming back. Angelica herself was at the door to greet us and guide us through the experience. She’s amazing and makes her spot what it is. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

This place gets packed quickly, but it’s a casual sit-down, so spots clear up while you’re ordering your food. Don’t worry about snagging a table before you order. There’s dining room and patio seating, with the patio being more fun, but that depends on the weather. There’s live music during certain times, and the murals and decor are also awesome. There’s not a lot of stalls in the main parking lot, but there’s more stalls around back, or you can park on the street. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

This is my favorite place to eat in St.George! I dream about their pulled pork tacos DAILY…the best ever! Their prices are so affordable and they have the coolest eating area outside with misters in the summer. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Great food every time, very consistent. The tacos come simple so that you can load them up at the salsa bar that has great variety. The salsa bar has something for every taste the mild is exactly that no spice however lots of fresh flavor and if you need a kick they have roasted jalapenos and AMAZING spicy onions. Chips would be nice however with that salsa I’m not sure they could keep up with production it’s that good. Some things are authentic and others are basic but it all comes together well. I’ve not had tacos in Mexico chrispy like angelicas and I wish they would it’s the best way to have them. Their cheese isn’t traditional Mexican, it’s more of an American vibe but so are most restaurants in the states. Considering they have to serve a very diverse population with different tastes they are doing a great job. Cashier was a welcoming delight, very important for your first point of contact to be polite and helpful, he was.
