I haven’t been to this location in a long time. As soon as I come back, I am acknowledged with nasty behavior towards my family and I. I greeted the workers nicely, told them everything I wanted, clear and coherently. They got my mother’s coffee wrong TWICE. The first time, the coffee wasn’t even HOT. It was practically ice cold. When my mom politely asked them to remake it, the second coffee had NO SWEETNESS when she asked for cream and 4 Splendas, and it took WAY too long, for “fast food”. It’s like they don’t have fresh decaf coffee available HOT all day. It’s just odd. After the second time, I went inside and again, POLITELY asked them to remake it because my mom wasn’t happy with her coffee. Mind you, we are spending our HARD EARNED CASH at this location. We were just treated horribly for a cup of coffee that just couldn’t be made right.

For the past 2 years I have been getting breakfast at this location. Most the time a sausage, egg & cheese in an English muffin. The cost has always been $3.00. Today I go to get my breakfast and they were charging me $5.00. When I questioned the price, the employee, who also asked the manager, said the sale was over. This sandwich was never on sale, in all locations for the past few years the cost has always been $3.00. I resent the fact that they treated me like I’m an idiot by lying to me and I just have to accept that lie. I will never return to this location. And I may never return to any Mcdonals. Burger King, here I come!

Got a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese add bacon along with a couple of other items. Everything was made perfectly except the mayo on the mcchicken was a tad sour and the quarter pounder was made wrong. Went back to have it remade. The girl at the counter was super nice and gave me fries while I waited. The order came out fast both times despite getting my order wrong.
Glanced at the burger and it looked good. Got back home and, turns out, it was made wrong again. Didn’t go back again bc lol it’s fine. They were super busy and probably aren’t getting paid what they should be and are most likely also understaffed and overworked. I worked in fast food 12 years ago. It’s rough.

Placed on order using the App. Got in line behind a car who was having issues ordering at the drive- thru. Got out of line and went to the other drive-thru. By the time I gave my code and got a response the car I was stuck behind moved from the drive-thru to the first window. There they proceeded to start over trying to take her order. I waited behind her again. After 15 minutes total, I pulled out and went around to the pick up window as I had already paid and didn’t need a receipt. When I got to the window the manager asked me what I was doing there because I didn’t go to the first window. I told her what my order was that was already there and cold. When I proceeded to tell her to make the customer with issues go to the third window so the line wasn’t back up with at least 10 cars. She closed the window and walked away. I wasn’t trying to manage her location for her just explaining myself and also letting her know her drive-thru is backed up cause of a confused customer in case she was unaware. An employee gave my cold food and I was dismissed.
This location has been there for ever and is convenient. But never expecting too much from this McDonalds cause after all it is what it is, they also still have all same issues other reviews have stated. When you throw in mediocre food at a high price with a manager that manages to care less than their high school employees could only be the recipe for disaster. Looking forward to the mattress or tire store that would be moving in there.

Picked up my mobile order through drive thru.
Got home. Missing (3) 4 piece nuggets and fries. Drove back to get fries and nuggets they got me what I was missing. Got home one of my kids bit into their burger and spit a plastic piece out. Could be part of an acrylic nail idk feels like it. This is the first time finding something in my food but not the first time having to drive back to get what was missing.

Very clean, spacious McDonald’s location with a play place. Not too busy when we were here but calm atmosphere and attentive staff. Food was hot and the order was accurate. (Placed a mobile order for table service)

Two of my sons, my daughter in law and granddaughter went with me. We started out with the kiosk giving my son and his wife a lot of trouble and my son getting angry with it.
The “steak” was horrible and the eggs that go with the platter were not so good. The hash browns were,as usual, delicious.
They have a play place here, which my granddaughter had a lot of fun with. It’s not as good as the one they had when my kids where little but she still had fun.

It’s a McDonald’s (I think 3 is high for a fast food joint). The food is ok, the service is ok, the dining room is fine. You really just go here because the kids love it or you need something fast.

I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up, but had to wait for over half an hour with no help from staff. I ultimately gave up and left without my order. Unfortunately, the service was so poor that I don’t see myself returning.
