Ate boneless wings and fries. The wings had a hard crunchy coating that needed to be cut with a knife. The breading was hard, crunchy and chewy, not in a good way. The chicken was dry, chewy and flavorless. ALL the flavor came from the hot sauce covering. The order of fries was unacceptionally small and flavorless. Myself and a friend were the only customers at around 1:00 p.m. which may indicate previous customer satisfaction. He had fried pickles. I took a small bite out of one and the entire pickle slid out from the fried coating. The manager made things right an indicated items were received frozen from a central supplier and there could be a quality issue. Needless to say I will not be returning. There are way too many other restaurants in the area that may better deserve your business

My boyfriend and I just had some awesome wings and fries. Brittany, our attentive hostess, went above and beyond! She was incredibly sweet and very happy go lucky. We very much enjoyed the experience and the good food!!

Came in to watch a stars game recently. Host with the Afro gave us attitude when we asked to sit at a table that wasn’t directly under the tv to watch the game. Then the server for the section walked up and got an attitude with us for wanting a different table. Ordered queso, it showed up eventually less than half full. We got drink refills in the beginning, then basically didn’t see the server again until she brought the bill. We got more service from another server that ran our food

It’s unfortunate to have to write this but this is the SECOND time I have came to this location and there were feathers in the wings. I have never in my years of living experienced this in the wing industry. The staff there doesn’t seem to take what they are doing seriously. It’s disappointing that we couldn’t even finish the food. To see it for yourself the photos are attached, honestly won’t be eating here again.
The images show the feathers we pulled off and also one image with the feathers still attached, mind you this happened on two different occasions.
The chefs in the back NEED to be fired.

I placed a mobile order through Instacart and when I arrived to pick up my food at the allotted time, there was a issue and it was not waiting for me (even though my app said my order was ready for pickup). Mya patiently listened to my situation and combed the system to find my lost order, and had the order (which was quite large) made right in record time! Someone give this gal a raise!

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We sat down and waited forever for someone to even come take our order. The only reason we were helped at all was because we flagged down another server, the only one who actually seemed to be working and keeping her tables happy. She said she’d find our waitress, came back later and said she couldn’t, but that she would take care of us herself. Then suddenly our original waitress appeared, told the helpful lady we were her table, and took over. I wish she hadn’t.
Our waitress had terrible customer service from the start. We ordered right away — Dr Pepper, a beer, a water, fried pickles, and two wing orders (10 bone-in and 6 bone-in). Drinks came out… minus the water (that we never got) Then we waited forever for the food. We watched a table that sat down 20 minutes after us get multiple mixed drinks, their appetizer, full meals, and even their check before we got our food.
When the food finally came out, it was cold to the touch. Trying to find our waitress to fix it was another waiting game, and when we did tell her, she gave us a look like it was somehow our fault. She took the food back and we finally could eat.
To top it off, the first helpful waitress accidentally brought burgers to our table that weren’t ours, clearly annoyed, and we overheard her tell our waitress, “Dude, you rang it up under the wrong table.” That pretty much summed up the whole night.
We normally tip 25%, but this time we didn’t, and honestly felt bad about it, but the service and food were that bad. I’ll never come back here, not just because of the awful service, but because I got sick later that night and threw up the chicken. I’m not expecting fine dining I mean… it’s buffalo wild wings. But at least decent food and for a waitress to tend to her table.

This was a nice location with some great staff my service was so nice and accommodating. She made sure my order was corrected. Often when you go they will give you fries that are sitting under the light so I ask for them to be brought out as an appraiser and ask for them to be fresh. Because who likes cold fries? They offered free beer just for the visit during game day.

Family of 4 spent $80+ for food that taste like it had just been sitting under a hot rack all day. Mac and cheese was not fresh but came out warmed up from a microwave or something. My husband had to get up and get him self a refill because 7 minutes went by and the staff was no where to be found. The food is over priced for the experience we received. To top this all off the TV over our heads kept on flickering like a strobe light giving my 9 year old a head ache to the point we’re she couldn’t finish her dinner. This location needs to get it together. Hard earned money wasnt worth this experience!

Great food, great wings. Good service! Fun atmosphere. Nachos have too many chips with nothing on them at the bottom though. All the ones on top with stuff on them were great.

To the managers of this location: please be advised that your cooks need to be replaced or retrained! My fried pickles were badly under cooked, still showing white batter in many places. The potato wedges were over cooked to the point of being hard and they were such small pieces that I believe they were just the left overs from other orders! I don’t know how my son’s food was because he took it elsewhere and didn’t say anything to me about it when he returned. We ordered through Door Dash. They did provide a partial refund (absolutely not the full cost of the food I had to throw away!) but I wanted management to know of this fiasco. While my son may order from this location again, I certainly will NOT. By the way, they didn’t even send all of the sauces we chose.
