My first time ordering from this location and my pizza is missing the pineapple. They also gave me an estimated delivery of 7:52, then changed it to 8:22, then changed it again to 8:28. At least the Door Dash driver followed my instructions.

Ordered carry out. Was a beef pizza with onions and banana peppers. The pizza had a total of 3 banana peppers and a couple onions. Also ordered the chicken Alfredo and it only had 3 pieces of chicken. Quality in food has gone down hill and the service sucks, workers clearly dont care.

The store did a terrible job on the phone, so I ordered online instead. They didn’t want to deliver, so they passed it off to DoorDash.

I go to this location probably 90% of the time! Today I ordered another $60 in pizza, I got the deal with cheese sticks and had no marinara. I wrote in the notes extra marinara!

A good small place to order food if you prefer to avoid big locations. Not the greatest smelling place, but the staff are always friendly, working efficiently, and the food is always hot and delicious. Recommend anyone to this location compared to the other Pizza Hut stores. These guys never disappoint in making the most enjoyable hot wings.

Didn’t have part of my order due to not being in stock. The employee at the counter said he would add a credit to my account.. I apparently was lied to when I was there in person. Make sure if they mess up your order you confirm they are actually making it right.

I’m not going to complain about the food but, when I walked in to get my online order the person was rude. It was a male with a hat on, he seemed like it was a bother to talk to me. I asked if I could tip in cash because I didn’t do it online. And he didn’t even say thank you or have a good day. Never tipping again!

The GM of this store, Isaac, is genuinely a kind hearted man and ensured I had an Exceptional Experience with this Pizza Hut! I ordered online for delivery. Moments later Isaac called me to inform me his delivery driver was unable to be there, so he immediately said he would have it door dashed to me! The total was a bit over the balance of my debit card, bc I was planning to pay with cash. So I explained that to him…. So I had him delete my sick kiddo’s cookie and he applied additional discounts to make sure we got our food. When the order arrived, THE GIANT COOKIE was there!!! My daughter was happy. I just feel like people like Isaac deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile to ensure happy customers even when no one is watching or there to give him credit. He helped me bc he felt that was the right thing to do.
This was all right before they closed too. I really appreciate you Isaac!

I am frustrated with my experience. I ordered a pizza and pop for delivery. When it was delivered, the driver did not bring the pop. Then je told me it was not part of the order. I looked at the receipt and it was on there and paid for. I called Pizza Hut and was told the driver was on way to bring back out, however they never came. I originally called at 8:45 pm. Then called back several times between 9:30 -10 pm but was unable to talk to a luve person. I called back the following day and told the employee what happened. She told me that it was brought out by the door dasher. I explained again that I waited up until 10 pm and it was never delivered. She then asked if I wanted a $5.00 credit. I told her that would be nice. She said it would be credited to my number. I looked online tonight and could not see a credit. I’m very frustrated to not even get an apology from the store/employee and then to not even have them make it right. I would think twice about ever ordering from there again.
