I stopped in here during work for a quick lunch break. Got the double quarter pounder meal with a large fry and a large drink. The quarter pounder was hot and tasty. That was the best part of the meal. However, my fry box was about half full. Not to say that I always eat all the fries, but the ones that I don’t eat usually go to the dog so now I have to fight my dog for a little french fries I got in my box.
Also, soap was out in the men’s room, and while I was up there waiting for my order, there’s an employee hanging on the pass-through area having a conversation with one of the workers there, and when I got my bag, there was no napkins in it. there are no napkins out for public consumption there so I got back to my truck and realized I had no napkins in my bag.
If you’re gonna keep the napkins behind the counter, that’s fine but you need to make sure that you’re putting in the bag every time someone place an order

Lunch hours are the busiest, and they stay consistent. Been here many times foods usually as expected. Every now and again, your get the typical high school worker , possibly New helped with your order and something isn’t correct. Be sure to save your receipt management will replace or refund with receipt only.

Dirty location. Rude employees. Cussing at customers? Ordered a coffee was told they don’t have any but moments later they served a hot coffee so I asked to get a latte instead she says yes. About 10-15 minutes of waiting and everyone ordering ahead and behind us leaving with food and all we got was a coffee I asked for a refund and got cussed out by a older lady because she was “making it”. Just a nasty location with nasty attitudes. Pretty sure it was the manager who gave me the refund she was overly rude told me that they are hiring since we have complaints that we should come back and help? Smh do better

Awesome service I saved big I ordered a sweet tea, got the colts 10 piece nuggets, the gorgeous woman was nice I had no problems I think she was the manager anyways thanks all. Oh and later I had a vhinalla ice cream cone $3 dollars for all saved Alot of money they never bother me when I charge.

On Google and DoorDash they said they were open. Then all of a sudden, our DoorDash order wasn’t going through. We called the place, and then they said they were closed, but we’re still talking to us and laughing. Need to communicate and get their stuff in order!

Ordered a double, got a puny single, ordered fries ended up getting overcooked potatoes, would love to post pictures, but it won’t let me of course horrible food. I just don’t see how they do it went in around 8:00 p.m.

Pretty bad visit. Stopped in for a quick simple bite. The cashier kid was nice but something was going wrong in back. All the workers seemed frazzled and panicking. They ended up locking the entry doors so they only had to deal with drive through. That was clearly a mess too. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. I was one of 5 people sitting way to long waiting for a simple order. This doesn’t seem an abnormal tale these days, I guess they really are having a hard time getting good workers but I think bigger than that no good leadership/management.
