This place is interesting. The most succinct way I could describe it is: not with the price of admission.
There’s higher priced food out there, like this isn’t necessarily obscene. But it’s just not very exciting food. Even if it were like 50% cheaper I think I’d be hard pressed to go.
It tasted good but not great. (My biggest issues are that I legitimately could not taste the chicken in the Alfredo or the lobster in the ravioli. Sauces were pretty good though).
Service was good, but again, nothing to write home about.
I guess I’m just saying if you love Italian food and have a zest for life, just learn how to make your own, or save up your money for something a little extra special.
Sorry to get philosophical but this dinner put me in a weird place It’s just not worth spending our precious lives going out for 2-3 star dinners.

If you’re looking for a genuinely good Italian restaurant with stellar bread and probably the best Caesar salad I’ve had outside of Italy and creative, flavorful dishes with pasta made almost exactly perfectly here in Orem, Utah, then you have founded at Carrabba’s.
We hadn’t made it to this restaurant in nearly 10 years due to not living here for a while and we were glad to go back.
The crusty bread was excellent. Although the seasonings could go in extra virgin olive oil, not just regular olive oil.
My Caesar salad was stellar. The dressing was absolutely made in-house and was fresh and crispy. Just right.
The pastas were cooked very nicely. The ravioli was great and the rigatoni was wonderful.
Serving sizes also were very good. And although the costs are too high, like pretty much everywhere else, you at least get a pretty good value.
Great job of keeping up the quality, management and staff at Carrabba’s. We’ll be back again.

I just want to acknowledge Maddison and Ramon today for Spectacular Service. My wife and I decided to give Carrabba’s a try. We have never been here before and now it will be on our monthly date night special list. The food was some of the best food we ever had anywhere. How have we not been here before. I can’t even begin to describe how amazingly friendly the staff is here. It was like being around family even though they were total strangers. The environment felt so calming and homely. A special Thanks to Leo for helping me clean up a broken glass and not making me feel like an idiot. I accidentally broke my glass as I reached for it and spilled my soda everywhere. The service was nothing short of Excellence and the prices were more then Fair for the amazing food we had. We are definitely bringing some friends and family for our next gatherings.

My wife and I enjoyed our night out. We had a gift card and were not looking to spend a lot, but my eyes got the better of me. Our server was wonderful. My wife is often demanding st restaurants, and the server responded great. Food was terrific. I miss the round tables they used to have, but the booths are fine. Definitely going back.

Came to Carrabba’s for a girl’s night with my sisters and we all agreed the thin fettuccine noodles were perfectly al dente and left you feeling satisfied but not weighed down. The Tuscan chicken was very flavorful, juicy, and tender. I picked some chicken parm and lasagne from my sisters’ plates and it was all sososososo tasty. What a treat. The restaurant was busy but not loud, clean and trendy. The wait staff was friendly and real, they checked in without being fake or annoying. Highly recommend!

This Carrabba’s location has really improved over the past few months! We used to run into long wait times and occasional mix-ups with our orders, but everything has been fresh and correct during our recent visits. The servers are always super nice, the atmosphere is cozy, and the bread is so tasty. We especially love their salmon and chicken dishes!

Extremely disappointing experience. We paid about $100 for two people, and the quality of the food was far below acceptable standards.
Nearly everything we ordered was overcooked. The steak was tough and dry, the chicken was completely dried out, the pasta was overdone to the point of being mushy, and the mushrooms were soft and lifeless. The entire meal felt heavy, poorly executed, and lacked any sense of proper cooking technique.
To make matters worse, the food did not sit well with us afterward, which raises concerns about the quality and handling of the ingredients.
For the price charged, this level of food preparation is unacceptable. Definitely not worth $100, and I would not recommend this place

We stopped in after visiting Dream Walk. The food and service was amazing. So worth the drive from Salt Lake. Found out new go to for date night.

The food was alright. We came to eat after a wedding, so we reserved the “private dining” area for our group. The small reserved area had one or two other groups in it while we were there. The tables were inconveniently placed. To make things worse, when we asked for separate checks and they said they would only be willing to split the group into two checks, making us divide the checks with the info on the receipt.

The sausage soup was surprisingly the best thing on the menu that we ordered and the salads that come with the meals were also very good. I had the garden salad and it was well stocked with veg and the dressing was the perfect amount. My spaghetti though fine was almost tasteless. Not sure what they did with the flavor but it was weak in that dept.
Something to note: service on Sundays is slower since it’s a reduced staff.
