Christine at Steak ’n Shake absolutely crushed it. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was great, but the service was even better.
At one point I jokingly asked if I could steal the milkshake glass (don’t worry—I didn’t ), and Christine handled it with such good humor that it turned into a great laugh for all of us. Those little moments are what make a meal memorable.
My wife and I truly appreciate the excellent service Christine provided. She was professional, fun, and on top of everything. If you’re eating here, hope you’re lucky enough to have Christine as your server—she’s amazing.

Overall a decent variety of choices for a meal. (Several Burgers to choose from) I had never gotten chicken tenders from here until last week and I ordered a 3 piece to give to my dog … ( $8 for 3 itty bitty chicken tenders is quite ridiculous. )

It’s like Emmet said from The Lego Movie, “everything is awesome”. There food is so yummy. I had their melt today, and it was awesome! And their shakes are always outstanding too. And the people. Caydence has been my server a couple of times as I’ve been going here, and she’s awesome and always nice and friendly towards us. And the guy who runs the place, Mr. Sees is awesome. The building requires immediate renovation, and strong management is crucial. It is unacceptable that cooks and cashiers were using their cell phones during work hours. On the day I visited, staff members, both male and female, were improperly giving away food to family and friends. These individuals would place drive-thru orders for essential items and receive entire meals at no charge. Such discussions were audible in the dining room, indicating a severe issue. The franchise owner must take immediate action to investigate these practices and consider filing charges. This situation is both shameful and unacceptable.

Food cane out in less than 5 minutes after ordering. Only one server in the building and she was still so attentive to all five tables. Shake & meal were amazing as always!

There has only been one time that the service wasn’t good. The drive-thru worker handed me a busted milkshake cup (it was pouring out on me) and she acted annoyed when I requested a new cup. Otherwise the staff have always been nice and knowledgeable, and the food and shakes are delicious.
