Stopped here tonight for some quick food. Placed my order and went to sit down and literally all the tables where dirty. Had to use my own napkin to wipe it off. There was stuff all over the floor, food still on tables etc. Then it took about 15 mins to get my food, fries where cold & my Caramel Frappe was 40% ice, I couldn’t even finish it because it wasn’t blended completely.
I was standing at the counter to try and talk to someone, just to have 2-3 people walk by and not even acknowledge that I or anyone else was at the counter.
Just seemed super unorganized, dirty and customer service was terrible.
Definitely a big change from a year or so ago before they did the ugly remodel on the interior.

I unfortunately live 2 minutes away and I don’t know if its they don’t speak English or if they’re incompetent but every single day I order the same thing a bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddle substitute for a round egg and Egg and cheese Mcgriddle substitute for a round egg. Every single day they mess it up and give me a folded egg on 1 or both of the sandwiches. It’s correct on the screen and the receipt which I pay an extra 2 bucks for a piece so it matters. Its not the girl at the register because she puts in in correctly it’s whoever they have on the grill that’s incompetent because the sticker literally says in BIG BLACK letters NO FOLDED EGG. I’ve wasted so much time going back there making them fix it and it’s really getting old at this point they should just give me my order for free for the next week. From now on im going to make a post every time they mess it up its been at least 10 times in the last month. I kid you not its literally every single day I checked the top sandwich before i left to make sure and that was ok so they hid the wrong one at the bottom. I’m starting to think they’re doing it on purpose because there’s no way someone can be that bad . Smh

McD’s is our treat my wife and I have every on e in a while. We are lucky to be close to this location as service is always on point and quick! Staff are always friendly and we haven’t had any issues with our orders.

Young people that work at night always rude,and always laughing and joking ( not sure if is about costumers)and they always say they out of things.but they are not.

What a rip-off almost $4 for one strip of bacon that they cut in half I paid $30 and ordered three orders of Pancakes and they gave me one order of three pancakes. I had to fight them to get what I ordered and paid for. Poor management for service for quality control and a rip off especially on the bacon.

Ordered a McFlurry and the employees were too lazy to mix the Oreos, I guess that’s the customers job? You basically get a cup of ice cream with Oreos on top. Stick to Dairy Queen.

I was out on a long bike ride and I needed some food. The food was hot and helped me recover some energy. I think the Apple Pie had about 1/8 of an apple max. Not fine dining but it helped me get going again.
