I had one of the worst experiences ever while trying to pick up a DoorDash order here. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady literally asked, “What would you like to order?” so I started to explain I was here for a pickup and then she just went completely silent. No response, nothing.
When I drove up to the window, she immediately started repeating “We’re closed, we’re closed” in the rudest, most disrespectful tone possible not once or twice, but at least ten times, cutting me off every single time I tried to speak. Even when I clearly said I was there for a DoorDash pickup, she dismissed me again with the same attitude: “We’re closed.”
There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and no reason for her to talk to anyone like that. It was upsetting, uncalled for, and completely disrespectful. If this is how they treat delivery drivers just trying to do their job, I honestly don’t know how they treat regular customers. Terrible experience and definitely a place I won’t be coming back to.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Today (November 4th, 2025), I went to this McDonald’s and got my food to go. When I got home and opened my burger, I found a piece of PAPER PLASTIC INSIDE IT. I even took picture to show everyone what happened. The service was terrible, and the workers had really bad attitudes. Please check your food before leaving this location! I’m very disappointed and completely unsatisfied.

at 4:40ishhh i ordered on the kiosk and my number is 695, as i’m waiting i see thme mc donald worker lady with a bun gray hairs darker complexion appears hispanic, places à bag of food and it has my number on iy and then hands it to another lady so i say i think that’s my food and very rudely she says that’s not your food your number is 695 okay!? then a few minutes later the lady comes to the worker and tells her that’s not her order number, at this upoint i was upset because she was trying to say i was wrong even tho i was right. She didn’t apologize and said oh like dumbfounded , her customer service was horrible

Every time I come to this McDonald’s everything is dirty. They are children’s areas, it is understood that they get dirty but they do not make the slightest effort to pick up so that the environment is clean for the children. I don’t want to imagine what the kitchen will be like.

I don’t typically write bad reviews — or any reviews at all — but this experience really frustrated me. I accidentally selected drive-thru pickup instead of inside pickup for my mobile order, which was just one apple pie. When I went inside and explained what happened, the manager Alma didn’t care at all and just told me I had to go through the drive-thru. She shrugged her shoulders like it wasn’t her problem and refused to help. It would’ve taken two seconds to hand me my order. Terrible customer service and zero effort to help customers

The girl at the counter is soooo freaking rude. She just doesn’t know how to talk to any customer. Overall, I’m a regular here, any other people I interact w is very nice but specifically the Hispanic lady with long lashes, she’s very very very rude. Hope to not interact w her anymore
