Nice little dinner to grab some chow at, and there burgers were pretty good as that was what I had, definitely worth a look if you’re looking for a burger in the area and are looking for a bit of a upgrade from the local fast food chains

Stopped by for a burger, boy did we ever get one. The ” Cruise In” burger is great. It comes with onions tomato pickles and bacon and lettuce and it was huge I could barely finish it all in fact I didn’t finish it all.
The waitstaff was friendly and the food was delicious I would recommend this to anyone traveling through Seymour or better yet just go to Seymour and stop here and get a great burger.

Seven of our family went here for a late lunch last Saturday. It was in between ballgames for grandson. I looked at reviews, some not great, for various reasons. But I, and family very pleased. Our waitress was delightful, and checked in on us too. Food choices were plentiful, as nowadays some places, menu barely a page. Portions really good sized, and value for that, made me very happy to pick up that tab!

Your quintessential small town diner, plenty of open seating, and the wait staff hustling and bustling about cleaning. Our service was very attentive and fast. Honestly I have to say.. one of the best damn patty melts I’ve ever had in my life and it hit the spot in more ways than one. It was done perfectly on marble rye.. I’m almost drooling thinking about it now. They have a pretty extensive menu so don’t limit yourself. If your looking for fast service and that comfort food you’re craving or just need, check Cruise In restaurant out, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The Seymour location is not what it was, took forever to take order, once the food arrived never saw a server again.
Good food piss poor service, the wait staff seemed more interested in standing by the cash register.

Food was amazing. They did add tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes but they gave me a discount on my food. It was very very good. Waitress was very nice. Manager was very nice (I felt bad they were busy and mistakes happen). We will definitely go back and try again.
Tried again… service was not good. We didn’t get out appetizers, when I said something about them she never even apologized just said oh okay. Food was okay. Fried chicken was good. Turkey was not great. Pasta dishes were okay but not much flavor. With so many other places in town, we probably will not be back.

Stopped here for lunch on our way through. Food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Wish there had been better seasoning as my biggest complaint was that it was a little bland. With that being said it wasn’t bad just ok. Service was prompt and she checked in a couple times but she was lacking personality and sincerity. However the waitress helping the table next to us was completely awesome. I felt the atmosphere was what I would expect from a family restaurant and overall it was clean.All in all if I was driving through again and needed something to eat I would probably stop here versus the other fast food options in town. I just wouldn’t try the hamburgers again.

Food was good. The service was terrible. I understand it’s hard to find good help, but our server didn’t smile once. Roast beef dip sandwich doesn’t come with au ju sauce…. extra charge. Had to go up and request for drink refills. Waited way to long for our bill, but found her sitting with another employee at a table drinking soda and chit chatting. We were the only customers in there.
